Wir suchen ab Mitte Februar nach einem neuen Mitbewohner-in für unsere internationale Wohnung in St. Georg. Das Zimmer ist das größte und schönste der Wohnung :) es hat ca. 20 m² und kostet 450 € warm; die Kaution beträgt 800€. Unser aktueller Mitbewohner nimmt alle Möbel mit, also ist das Zimmer unmöbliert.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our international WG from the middle of February. The room is the biggest and most beautiful of the flat:) it is around 20 m² and is 450 € warm; the deposit cost is 800€. Our current flatmate is taking all the furniture with him, so the room is unfurnished.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in St. Georg ca. 4 Minuten (zu Fuß) vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, und liegt zwischen der Lange Reihe und der Alster. Alle die Busse, Zuge, S-Bahn und U-Bahn Linie sind in max. 6-7 Minuten erreichbar.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte, und die Supermärkte sind auch nur max. 10 Minuten entfernt.
Obwohl die Lage ganz zentral ist, ist unsere Straße ziemlich ruhig.
The flat is in St. Georg ca. 4 minutes (walking) from the central station and is located between Lange Reihe and Alster. al the buses, trains, S-Bahn and U-bahn lines are reachable in max. 6-7 minutes. In the neighborhood there are lots of restaurants, bar and shops, and the Supermarket are max. 10 minutes away.
Although the location is very central, our street is pretty quiet.
Wir sind Ilaria (30), Juliette (26) und Thomy (28) und wir freuen uns auf ein neues Mitglied für unsere Gemeinschaft. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und wir chillen gerne zusammen in unserer großen Küche, vielleicht mit einem Bier oder einem Wein. Wir freuen uns über Zusammenkochen oder über Brunch am Sonntag. Das ist aber natürlich kein Muss, und da wir alle berufstätig sind, brauchen wir manchmal auch unsere Ruhe.
We are Ilaria (30), Juliette (26) and Thomy (28) and we are happy to welcome a new member in our place. We are not a "Zweck-WG" and we like to relax together in our big kitchen, maybe with a beer or a wine. We like to cook together sometimes or have brunch on Sunday. That´s of course not a must, and since we all work wee need sometimes our tranquility.
