Das Zimmer ist 14 qm2 groß und ist zur Sonnenseite ausgerichtet. Der Boden ist mit Holzdielen ausgelegt, es gibt ne schicke Flügeltür und hohe Decken gibts dazu. Das Zimmer wird nicht möbliert vermietet. Um in das Zimmer zu kommen, geht man durch das Wohnzimmer, was jetzt keine Nachteile mit sich bringt… im Gegenteil ich finde man bekommt gut seine Ruhe und wenn man Gesellschaft möchte findet man diese hauptsächlich in der Küche.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Beamer und Leinwand, einen Südbalkon, zwei Bäder und eine Kochinsel in einer modernen Küche. Die Kater die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind werden mit ausziehen. Einige Möbel werden ebenfalls ausziehen und Küchenkram auch, aber das heißt es gibt auch ausreichend Platz für dich falls du mit nem Koffer voller Töpfe einziehen möchtest.
The room has about 15 sqm and has its view out of the window to the sunny side of the world. The room is unfurnished.
The flat is very well equipped with everything necessary. We have a big modern kitchen with a cooking island, a balcony, a living room and two bathrooms. The cats on the picture will also move out.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen zwischen dem Hauptbahnhof und Berliner Tor.
Vor der Tür ist eine nicht kleine Straße, die aber durch eine Baumreihe von dem Gebäude getrennt ist.
In der Nähe gibts Lidl, Penny, Edeka, den Steindamm, Kiosks, Real, Ärzte, Museen, Restaurants - alles da!
The flat is located between central station and Berliner Tor, in the middle of Hamburg.
Nearby you can find a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, museums - actually everything you could need.
Wir (Johann/29/Greenpeacer/Bastler und Marius/40/Lehrer/Sportskanone) Leben nicht aneinander vorbei, haben eher offene Türen und kochen füreinander mit, wenn es passt. Aktuell teilen wir uns die Lebensmittel, jeder geht mal einkaufen und das klappt ganz gut. Wir haben allesamt viel WG Erfahrung und wollen als WG leben. Aktuell werden zwei Zimmer frei. Ein Mitbewohner zieht zum 15.04 aus, da suchen wir grad schon jemanden. Die andere Mitbewohnerin hat einen Job in Berlin angenommen, somit wird dieses Zimmer hier auch noch frei, dann zum ersten Mai.
We (Johann/28/Working at Greenpeace and Marius/40/Teacher) like to live in a WG and we all have already a lot of experiences. The doors are mostly open, but if you need time for yourself its totally fine also to close it. Sometimes we watch a movie together or do other activities, but without any pressure. If its possible we have breakfasts together on Sundays. Rigth now we are sharing food, everyone is going for grocery and it works quite good for us. We are all vegetarian or vegan.
This is the second of two rooms which is getting free. Another flatmate is moving out until mid April and we are looking for a flatmate there as well right now.
Die Abschlagszahlung ist für ein paar Dinge fällig die wir uns zum Einzug im August 2020 angeschafft haben.
Wir suchen was längerfristiges, Anfragen die nicht zu unserer Anzeige passen werden nicht berücksichtigt!

We moved in together in August 2020, that's why we had a few expenses and our flatmate who is moving out gets about 100 EURO for that.
