meine Wohnung liegt mitten in St. Georg zwischen Steindamm und Lange Reihe, direkt am Lohmühlenpark. Ich arbeite in einem Verlag, bin aber oft bei meinem Freund in Berlin. Mein Hund Lollo ist ein Whippet, lieb, und immer da, wenn ich auch da bin. Der Mietpreis ist ein Pauschalpreis inkl. aller Nebenkosten und Internet, es kommt nichts mehr hinzu. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber sehr hell und du hast einen eigenen Balkon.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, es sind ein paar Meter zur Langen Reihe oder zum Steindamm, die U-Bahn Lohmühlenstraße ist 20 Sekunden entfernt. Natürlich merkt man ab und zu die Hauptbahnhofnähe, hier tobt halt das echte Leben mit allen seinen guten und schlechten Seiten.
Riesige Erwartungen habe ich nicht. Es soll nett und entspannt sein und wenn man Lust hat, mal zusammen in der Küche zu sitzen, umso besser.
