The flat is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful old building in St. Pauli.
When you enter the flat, you stand in the large kitchen, which is clearly the heart of the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer.
The bathroom with toilet, another separate guest toilet and a closet, as well as the bedrooms, lead off from the kitchen.
The flat was renovated about 2.5 years ago, which is why the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are in top condition.
The two rooms are both around 16m2 in size. Room1 faces out the back, room 2 faces the street. Both rooms should be fine noise-wise. Concerning the second room, if its too loud outside, you can close the window and you should be good.
The flat is furnished a little different then in the fotos but between the rooms there is one wardrobe and one bed available (the wardrobe in room 1 and the bed in room 2). What's super cool tho, every room (including the kitchen) already has its own TV.
The flat is located next to the Reeperbahn in the middle of St. Pauli. Grocery shops, cafés, restaurants, bars, etc. are all in walking distance. The same goes for the s-bahn (3 min), bus (2 min) and tube (9 min) stations.
By public transport you can reach the city-centre, Altona and pretty much everything in a couple of minutes. You can reach most places super easily by foot as well tho, and if you like to go for walks Planten an Bloomen is just around the corner.
Since Hamburger Berg leads off from the Reeperbahn it's usually pretty busy, especially from Thursday to Sunday. But that also means that it's super easy to spontaneously go for a drink somewhere and (which I think is a pretty huge advantage) if you don't feel like partying too long or you don't feel like it anymore you're home really quickly.
Hey!
My name is Emma, I'm 22 years old and I just finished my bachelors degree in Brand Design.
I want to start working part-time now and I want to start a course to become a fitness trainer and nutritionist.
I'm usually pretty relaxed, like to do (and watch) sports (kickboxing, functional training, football, bouldering, etc.) but I also like to relax in front of the TV or with a book.
I would say I'm not the best, nor the most passionate cook, but I think cooking is one of those things that's just more fun to do together than alone^^.
I like to sit down together for a drink every now and then, or to go out partying on the weekend or invite friends over. To generally just do something together instead of only sharing space. Since there's a huge TV in the kitchen, its possible to turn the kitchen into a small home-cinema wich makes for great movie-nights and stuff like that.
In a shared flat I think it's important to be able to talk about things openly with each other and generally just have a good friendly relationship.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you!
So I'm actually from Austria and my first language ist German but I love to speak English. But I know that it can be even harder for non-german speaking people to find a flat which is why I wanted to put the add on again in English.
Yeah, that's it from me! c ya
