Flexible timespan room in Schanze/St.Pauli from March (mit Katzis/with cats)

Hallo Leute (English below),

nachdem meine Mitbewohner*in in ihr Heimatland zurückgekehrt ist, ist ihr Zimmer frei für eine relativ flexible Zwischenmiete im Zeitraum zwischen Februar bis Ende des Jahres (länger geht ggfs. auch). Vom Fenster des Zimmers aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf den Schanzenpark. Es ist - je nachdem wie man das sieht- im jetzigen Zustand teil- oder vollmöbliert mit einem Schreibtisch, einem ausziehbaren Bett und Stauraum. D.h. man kann Dinge ändern oder mit dem Vorlieb nehmen, was da ist.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und Bad und Küche sind schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls recht groß und hat zwei Couches, sowie einen Balkonzugang.

In der Wohnung leben zwei nette Katzen, die gerne in alle Zimmer gehen und ihre Haare auf jegliche Liegefläche wälzen. Man kann natürlich jederzeit seine Tür schließen, aber ganz kann man den Haaren nie entkommen! Die Gegend ist nett und es gibt keine krassen Hausregeln, aber ein sauberes Badezimmer ist mir wichtig, wie auch ein halbwegs Job-verträgliches Zusammenleben. Man kann auf dem Balkon rauchen und im Winter auch aus dem Küchenfenster, solange die Küchentür dann geschlossen wird.

Politisch linkes Haus hier ohne Hate gegen irgendwelche Religionen/Ethnien und ohne Liebe für Besatzer und Unterdrücker.

Hey people,

since my flatmate moved back to her home country her room is free for pretty flexible time span between March and end of the year (longer might also be possible). The windows of the room are looking out towards Schanzenpark. Depending on how you prefer the room in its current state can be seen as partially or fully furnished with a desk, an extendable bed and some storage opportunities. By which I mean you can change things of course or just use whats there.

The apartment is centrally located and the bathroom and kitchen are spacious and well equipped. The living room is also quite big and has two couches and access to a balcony.

There are two nice cats living in the apartment who like to go into all the rooms and rub their hair onto any surface. Of course you can close your door at any time, but you can never completely escape the hair! The neighborhood is nice and there are no harsh house rules, but a clean bathroom is important to me, as is a somewhat job-compatible lifestyle. You can smoke on the balcony and in winter also out of the kitchen window, as long as the kitchen door is closed.

Also I should mention that this is a politically left-wing house here with no hate against any religions/ethnicities and no love for any occupiers and oppressors.
