ich vermiete zum 01.07. (oder 01.08.) ein sehr helles 17qm-Zimmer in einer 70qm-Altbauwohnung in St.Pauli (Nord) am Paulinenplatz für 450€ (alles inkl.) Die Wohnung hat eine 15qm-Wohnküche mit einem gemütlichen Sofa, ein 10qm-Vollbad und Dielenboden.
Die ganze Wohnung ist durch ihre Südwestlage und durch die Lage im 3.OG an einem Platz sehr hell und für ihre Zentrumsnähe ruhig.
Ich bin Requisiteur und arbeite gerade beim Theater. Meine bisherigen WG-Erfahrungen (insbesondere den "Schmutzpegel" betreffend) haben mir gezeigt, dass ich mit Frauen einfach lieber zusammen wohne.
Im Fall einer befristeten Vermietung könnte ich das Zimmer möblieren.
