The flat has a south-exposed balcony, a dining room, a bathtub (fully renovated bathroom last year), washing machine, dishwasher, flatrate internet (wifi), and is perfectly located in between St. Pauli, Schanze and Karoviertel (Neuer Pferdemarkt). The other bedroom is bigger and has a 'living room' area that can be used to hang out together.

Perfectly located in between St. Pauli, Schanze and Karoviertel (Neuer Pferdemarkt).
Place to be, very lively with cafés, restaurants, bars close by, and the corner where everyone likes to hang out.
Keep in mind this is an animated neighbourhood (which makes it an amazing location), so it can get a bit loud in the weekend evenings. But windows insulate well.
Transport:
U Feldstrasse, S Sternschanze, S Reeperbahn, Bus.
But basically, you can walk or ride by bike to about anywhere you need to.
