Das Zimmer liegt im 1.Stock, ist ca.15 m2 groß, hat 2 Fenster und ist sehr hell und ruhig. Jetzt mit 2 schwarzen Rollos an den Fenstern zum abdunkeln!
Der Boden ist ein Holzfussboden mit kleinem Teppich. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett 1,40 x 2m, schmaler Schrank mit Spiegel, Kommode mit Spiegel, Tisch und Stuhl. Die Wände sind direkt auf Mauerwand bemalt. (keine Rauhfaser!) Ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen mit viel Grün. Schwarze lichtdichte Rollos zum Abdunkeln.(Foto folgt)
Badezimmer liegt gegenüber im Flur.

the room is placed at the first floor, 25m2, the floor is a wooden floor with a small carpet. The room has 2 windows so the room is very bright and friendly. Now with 2 black roller blinds on the windows for darkening!
The bed is 1,40x2m. A narrow cabinet with mirror, Chest with mirror, a chair and a table. The walls are painted directly on the wall (no woodchip)! The room is placed very quiet in the backyard with a lot of green. Dark lightproof roller blinds (new)

Sehr ruhige Lage im Hinterhof und doch mittendrin, wirkt schon fast ländlich obwohl mitten in der City, italian flair, künstlerisches Ambiente.
Super zentrale Lage! Viele Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Drogerie, Gemüsemann ....alles in der Nähe!
Zur S-Bahn 8 Minuten zu Fuss. U-Bahn ca. 10 Minuten. Nach Altona mit dem Fahrrad max.10 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt auch ca. 10-15 Minuten. Zum Hafen ca. 8 -10 Minuten.
A very quiet peaceful place. And in the same time this Location is placed very central. 8 minutes by foot to the metro, by bike 10-15 minutes for arriving city downtown, To Altona by bike max. 10 mins. Harbour is very close.
A lot of Bars, Cafés, Italian flair, international lifestyle, artistic flair, good restaurant and not expensive at all.
There is a Supermarket & a drugstore close by.
Ein entspanntes Auftreten ist nice!

Die Küche ist im Erdgeschoss, sehr klein, eher wie eine Pantry. Der Weg in die Küche geht durch meinem Arbeitsbereich. Eher nichts für Leute, die gerne jeden Tag ausgiebig kochen!
Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller.
Rauchen bitte draussen.
