I am moving away from Germany at the end of this month and I am looking for someone who will replace me ASAP!!!
Here the description of the Room, the Location and the company....
Room
The room has a large window with a great view of the trees in the backyard and the dancing towers. With the window open, you can hear the Reeperbahn in the background at the weekend, but you can still sleep without any problems and otherwise it's quiet. The furniture can also be partially taken over by me, but is not a must;)
The apartment has a large, modern kitchen from which you can access a wonderful and spacious balcony with a view of the Michel, Bismarck and the Dancing Towers.
Location
The apartment is on the 5th floor facing the courtyard. Although the shared apartment is not far from the Reeperbahn, it is very quiet overall. In the nearby and within 5 minutes by walk there is Planten und Blumen and Landungsbrücken where you can have nice walks and enjoy the weather.
Flat share type
The shared apartment consists of Nelly, who is 23 and currently still studying at the University of Hamburg and also works at Siemens. She is open and easy going. She is sporty, interested in culture and art and is good in cooking.
Kelsey 29 from California, is studying a Master in copywriting in Hamburg. She is very open-minded, funny and communicative. She likes jogging and a cup of wine here and there. Max 29 I am the one who is moving out from the Flat unfortunately.
Rental fee
The rent is € 505 warm and includes everything except the GEZ. The deposit is two months' rent, You will make the contract for the room directly with the landlord, there is no main tenant in that sense. The family that owns the apartment is super friendly and helpful and it is no problem to get a confirmation from the owner or something similar.
