Das Zimmer ist ca. 17qm groß und liegt nach hinten zum Hinterhof. Vom nächtlichen Treiben auf St. Pauli bekommt man deshalb also eigentlich gar nichts mit, wenn man nicht möchte :-) Die Wohnung ist eine Altbauwohnung mit ziemlich hohen Decken und einem coolen Schnitt. Im Haus wohnen alle möglichen Leute und grundsätzlich ist es ein tolles Miteinander.
ICH MÖCHTE KEINE MÖBEL AUS AUS DEM ZIMMER MITNEHMEN UND VERMIETE ES DAHER MÖBLIERT, GEGEN EINE ABLÖSESUMME.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Hopfenstrasse auf St. Pauli. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Clubs etc. erreicht man innerhalb von nur ein paar Schritten. Die S Bahn Reeperbahn und U Bahn St. Pauli sind innerhalb von 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Deine Mitbewohner sind zwischen Mitte 20 und Mitte 30 und stehen mit beiden Beinen fest im Leben. Jeder geht seinem Leben nach, aber man trifft sich auch gerne mal auf einen Schnack in der Küche. Es handelt sich also um keine reine Zweck-WG.
