Wir suchen für den 01.12.2022–25.01.2023 eine Zwischenmieter*in in unserer 3-er WG in St. Pauli am Paulinenplatz. Die Lage ist super-zentral, es gibt viele Cafés und Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. S- und U-Bahnstationen sind nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau, das Zimmer ist 14 m2 groß, hat zwei Fenster und ist sehr schön und hell. Es gibt eine ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer ist einfach möbliert: Es gibt ein Bett mit Matratze (wenn gewünscht), ein kleines Sofa, eine Kleiderstange und bei Bedarf auch einen Schreibtisch.
Die Miete beträgt für Dezember 500 Euro und für Januar 450 Euro.

We are looking for a temporary flatmate in our 3-person shared flat in St. Pauli/Paulinenplatz from 01.12.2022–25.01.2023. The location is super-central, there are many cafes and restaurants and shopping. S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are not far. The apartment is in an old building, the room is 14 m2, has two windows and is very nice and bright. There is an equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The room is simply furnished: there is a bed with mattress (if desired), a small sofa, a clothes rail and if necessary also a desk. The rent is 500 euros for December and 450 euros for January.
