Das Zimmer ist frei zwischen Anfang Juli bis Anfang Oktober. Das Zimmer sowie die Wohnung ist möbliert, inklusive Bett mit Matratze, Nachttisch und Kleidersschrank.
Außerdem gibt es das gemeinsam genutze Wohnzimer mit Couch, Fernseher und Schreibtisch sowie die große Küche mit Esstisch und ein Bad mit allen grundlegenden Dingen.
Lily, die Katze die auch in der Wohnung lebt, streift durch alle Zimmer und ist immer bereit zum Spielen

Room available from beginning of July until beginning of October (3 months). The room and the apartment are totally furnished, including bed (with mattress), bedside table and wardrobe.
Besides that you can enjoy the big livingroom with couch, TV and desk. The kitchen is big and also there is a big table to eat or just chill. In the bathroom you can find everything you need and also storage space.
Lily is the cat who also lives in the apartment and she likes walking around and playing :)
Die Wohnung ist recht nahe an Eimsbüttel, liegt aber offiziel in Stellingen. In der Nähe sind so einige Bushaltestellen, sowie die S-Bahn Haltestelle Stellingen. Es gibt einige Supermärkte in Laufnähe (Aldi, Rewe, Lidl etc.). Im Hinterhof gibt es auch Platz für dein Fahrrad.

The Apartment is very close to Eimsbüttel but officialy is in Stellingen. Close by there are bus stations and also the S- Bahn station Stellingen (10 minute walk). There are many supermakets in the area and all of them are reachable by foot. You also have place to park your bike.
Maike ist entspannt und unser WG-Leben sehr unkompliziert. Sie studiert in Hamburg Mathematik im Master. Sie ist Vegetarierin, hat aber kein Problem mit Fleischesser*innen. Ihr ist wichtig, dass du in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen ordentlich bist und dich grob an den Putzplan hältst. Du würdest dir das Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche mit ihr teilen. Lily die Katze ist quasi deine zweite Mitbewohnerin. Sie ist sehr sozial und spielt sehr viel, weswegen es wichtig ist, dass du gerne eine Katze um dich herum hast.

Maike is chill and easy to live with. She is studying a masters here in Hamburg. She is vegetarian but has no issue with meat eaters :) Its important that you are clean and you follow the cleaning schedule. You would share the common living room space and kitchen with Maike. Lily (the cat) also lives in the house. It is important that you enjoy being around cats and playing with them.
We are looking for someone that is relaxed and uncomplicated. Liking cats is a big positive point since lily is very social.

Wir würden Wohnungsbesichtigungen gerne diese Woche (Samstag und Sonntag) machen. Bitte melde dich auf Whats App (keine Anrufe) wenn du Interesse hast damit wir ein Treffen vereinbaren können.
Wegen Covid19 wollen wir nicht mehr als eine Person auf einmal zur Besichtigung haben, sowie ein wenig Abstand halten.

we would like to show the room somewhen this week. Please do not call me just write me on whatsapp if you are interested and then we can meet.
Due to corona there will be no more than one person visiting the flat each time and we need to maintain some distance while showing the house.
