Dein Zimmer geht nach vorne zur Straße raus. Morgens hast du Sonne, auch sonst ist es . Es hat so ca. 13 m2, ist aber gut geschnitten. Es ist teilweise möbliert. Es gibt eine Schlafcouch, eine Schreibtisch, eine Truhe und Regale zum verstauen. Du darfst auch selbst was mitbringen. Wir haben einen Dachboden, wo Sachen zwischen gelagert werden können (auch von dir). Du kannst aber auch einfach gar nichts mitbringen. Wir haben alles da und du darfst auch alles mitbenutzen.
Du hast Dielenboden, Stuck und den ganzen Trallala. Es gibt eine gemütliche Küche, ein kleines Bad (mit Fenster) und leider keinen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist nicht riesig und hellhörig. Deshalb versuchen wir immer umsichtig zu sein und so. ;)
Your room would be facing the street. In the morning you can catch some sunlight and it is pretty bright and nice throughout the day. It's about 13m2, but does not feel super small. There is some furniture there, that you are free to use: a sofa-bed, a desk, a big treasure chest and some cupboards. You can also bring some stuff. We have an attic, so things could be stored there temporarily. But we do have everything here, that one might need. So you don't need to bring anything.
This a nice old flat with a cosy kitchen, a little bathroom and unfortunately no balcony. The flat is quite small not super soundproof, so we just try to be aware of each other I guess. ;)
Du hast sowohl den Bus als auch S- und U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Selbst mit dem Fahrrad kommst du überall hin. Die Lage ist halt top. Du hast die Auswahl zwischen allen Supermarkt- und Bioladenketten, die dir einfallen. Alle sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Du hast die Auswahl.
Wir wohnen hier direkt in der Schanze, 1 Minute vom Schulterblatt entfernt. Dank der Pandemie ist es aber nicht wirklich laut. Hier in der Seitenstraße wäre es aber auch sonst in Ordnung.
We live right in the center of the Sternschanze. Its only a few minutes to S-/U-Bahn and busses. You can also easily bike to most places in 15-20 min. Supermarkets are everywhere, restaurants are everywhere. You will not go hungry or be inconvenienced in any way.
Wir wohnen hier schon seit 1,5 Jahren zu zweit mit immer mal wechselnden Mitbewohner*innen:

The two of us have been living in this flat for about 1,5 years now with changing flatmates/Long-term visitors: Laura, 29, does her PHD in politics and Maja, 27, studies fine arts.
Wir suchen entweder Pendler*innen oder jemanden, der befristet hier einziehen will. Ein unbefristet Zimmer können wir dir nicht bieten momentan. Du müsstest 330,- warm zahlen inklusive allem. Auch ein kleine Kaution muss sein, das hängt dann aber so ein bisschen davon ab, wie lange du genau bleiben willst etc. Ich habe erstmal nur einen Richtwert eingetragen.
Wir können gerne eine Online-Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren und dann kannst du gegebenenfalls suchpersönlich vorbeikommen. :)
Ideally you are a commuter and only live here part time or you want to live here for up to 4 months, we cannot offer this room indefinitely at this moment. Your rent will be 330,- per month including everything. There will be a deposit depending on how long you intend to stay. We can work out the details of this, the number I put in is just two months rent as some kind of security for us.
We can meet up for an online flat viewing first and then a life one, if we are both up for it. :)
