The room is about 10m2 furnished with a bed and space to place your clothes/belongings (see first picture).
The appartment is on the first floor, in a calm building, about 50m2 including 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, a kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher) and a bathroom (shower type).
There is no balcony and it is a non smoker place.
Sternschanze : one of the best and centrical location to live in Hamburg.
All shops, markets, bakeries, different businesses are about 2 min walking.
U and S bahn are at 5 min walking and bus at 2 min.
The flat is in a quiet area of schanze and at 2 min walking from the famous street Schulterblatte.
I am Issam, French, I speak fluently French, English, Spanish and I am currently learning German.
I worked as a sales director in aviation for some years and after a sabbatical year, I build my own business and I am now a dance teacher. I am pretty much at home using the livingroom during the day and out teaching in the evenings.
I am an open minded and I like to live in a very clean environment. I like meeting my friends, listening to music, dancing, playing football, board games & doing sport.
