I’m looking for a tenant for the room in the heart of Sternschanze from 07.06 to 31.10. The room is approximately 14 square meters, third floor, fully furnished with a bed (there are pillows and sheets if needed), an ikea kallax shelf, a desk, and a big wardrobe. I repositioned the furniture and exchanged the desk, that’s why the room looks different in the photos. Everything will be placed back when you move in. Oh and there are three big windows with a lovely view:)
The rent is 415€ with everything included (basic rent + electricity + internet).
The flat is located in the heart of Sternschanze. 3 mins walk to U-Bahn/S-Bahn Sternschanze. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars are all nearby. Almost everything you can think of is within the walking distance.
You will be sharing the flat with my friend Chenhui who works full-time as a software engineer. He is super chill, always down for a walk or a cooking session. Good food is always welcomed here😊
One thing to note is that the room does not have a ceiling light. Since the days are longer in summer, it’s not really an issue, and you can easily install it yourself of course.
