wir vermieten unser gemütliches kleines gästezimmer bis ende dezemeber. das zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem schlafsofa, einem sekretär (schrank und arbeitstisch in einem), einer kleiderstange, teppich und vorhang. weitere möblierung gern nach absprache.
ausserdem gibt es platz für deine sachen in unseren schränken im flur, in der küche und im bad.
vor dem fenster steht ein schöner alter baum, der blick geht ausserdem auf eine belebte kreuzung (viele menschen und ein paar autos)
in der küche steht dir unsere gesamte ausstattung zur verfügung ( kühlscharnk, ofen, herd...töpfe, pfannen, geschirr usw und auch die basics wie gewürze, essig und öl usw...)
ich finde saubere und aufgeräumte gemeinschaftsräume angenehm und wünsche mir, dass wir alle unseren teil dazu beitragen.
we are offering our cosy little guestroom from 15th of october until the end of the year. the room is equiped whit an little workdesk, a wardrobe, a sofa bed and a carpet. in front of the window, there is a nice old tree. the appartment ist situated in a crossroad, there are many people and not too much cars.
we will share with you our kitchen and bathroom with its equipment.
to me, a cleaned up and well organised home is important, so i am happy If we all contribute to this.
das schanzenviertel ist ein belebtes und beliebtes viertel zum einkaufen, essen gehen, feiern... zu fuss sind busse, sbahn, ubahn in 5 minuten erreichbar.
schanzenviertel is a location e where people come to do shopping, to make party, to have a meal...there are a lot of bars, restaurants and shops here. several underground and bus stations are located just a few minutes from our place...
wir wohnen hier zu dritt (du bist der*die vierte): ich bin 43 jahre alt, arbeite in teilzeit bei einem mieterverein, mache gerne musik (gitarre, gesang, hang), treffe mich mit freund*innen, koche ganz gern (meist fleischlos), arbeite gerne mit holz (viele möbel bei uns zu hause habe ich selbst gebaut), liebe yoga und starte im januar meine ausbildung zur sexological bodyworkerin.
meine tochter(17) macht auch gern musik (klavier), ist gern mit ihren freund*innen unterwegs, liest gern, spielt basketball und lernt manchmal für die schule. mein sohn (12) wohnt bei seinem vater und besucht uns jedes zweite wochenende. er liebt sein handy und seine nintendo switch, spielt fussball im verein, hört gern musik und liebt tiere...und dann sind da noch unsere beiden rennmäuse in ihrem weitläufigen mauspalast.
je nachdem, wer alles grad hier ist, wird es also mal ruhig, mal eher trubelig sein.
vom wg leben wünsche ich mir, dass wir einander mit offenheit und respekt begegnen. es ist schön, sich füreinander zu interessieren, mal gemeinsam zu frühstücken, n tee zu trinken oder zu kochen - aber es ist auch voll ok, wenn jede*r seiner eigenen wege geht - das wird sich ergeben.
i am 43 years old and live here with my 17 years old daughter. sometimes, my 12 years old son is visiting us.
i am working in an office that gives legal advice to people, and besides that, i like to make music (singing, playing flute, Guitar and hang drum), spending time with my friends, dancing, cooking ( mostly meat free), practicing Yoga...and in Januar, i will start my qualification as a sexological bodyworker.
my daughter is playing the piano, she likes to hang around with her friends, ist playing basketball, and she also likes reading.
my son is playing soccer and he adores his nintendo switch and his smartphone and likes to play board games with everyone.
sharing the flat with you, i like having a talk from time to time, it may be nice to cook and eat togheter if it fits, but it is also welcome that everybody spends some time on his*her own.
