Wir suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in ab Februar für unserer tolle WG, mitten im Schanzenviertel! Dich erwartet eine nette 7er WG bzw. ein CoLiving-Projekt mit 11 Leuten auf 2 Etagen :)
Die WG ist Teil unseres CoLiving-Projektes auf zwei Etagen. Wohnzimmer, Küche, modernes Bad (Dusche/Badewanne) und Zugang zu einer sehr großen Terrasse im Hinterhof! Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich, mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse und hohen Decken (es gab mal Ideen für ein Hochbett, das sollte also funktionieren, wenn du Lust darauf hast). In der WG im 2. Stock gibt es ein Büro, das du gerne nutzen kannst. In den Zimmerkosten ist die letzte Preiserhöhung unseres Gasanbieters schon mit eingerechnet. Die Bilder sind von der Vormieterin – das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Für unserer Reinigungskraft fallen zusätzlich 30 Euro Nebenkosten im Monat an.

We are looking for a new roommate from february for our great WG, in the middle of the Schanzenviertel!
You can expect a nice 7-person WG or a coliving project with 11 people on 2 floors :)
The WG is part of our CoLiving project on two floors. Living room, kitchen, modern bathroom (shower/bathtub) and access to a very large terrace in the backyard! The room is very cozy with direct access to the terrace. We also have an office in the second WG upstairs that you can use to work from home. In the total rent for the room of 544€ already includes the recent price increase from our gas provider.
The pictures are from the previous tenant – the room is handed over unfurnished.
For our cleaning person there are additional costs of 30 euros per month.

Super zentrale Lage im Herzen der Schanze – direkt auf dem Schulterblatt, Ecke Pferdemarkt. Alle Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten liegen vor der Haustür. Gegenüber ist ein großer Kiosk, REWE City und Budni nur wenige Meter entfernt, Kneipen, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants ohne Ende. U/S-Bahn Sternschanze oder Feldstraße.

As for the location, it doesn’t get much more central than this. Right at the Schulterblatt, the infinite bars, restaurants and shops of Schanze, as well as the clubs of St. Pauli are just steps away.
The nearest bust station is a minute away, while U Feldstrasse (U3) and S & U Sternschanze (S11, 21, 31, U3) are both 600 m away. REWE City and Budni are a minute away, as well as numerous kiosks and fast foods.
WG-Leben
Kochen, bei einem Bier versacken und über Gott, Business und die Welt diskutieren – alles kann aber nichts muss.Wir leben unser CoLiving-Konzept, wohnen und arbeiten in unserer Wohnung und unterstützen uns gegenseitig. In der WG obendrüber wohnen noch zwei Kinder. Wir freuen uns über einen weiteren offenen und sympathischen Menschen.
Optimalerweise hast Du Lust unsere Gemeinschaft weiter mit zu formen und zu fördern. Verantwortlichkeiten und Aufgaben teilen wir uns auf.

What we can offer you is a conglomerate of different stories and backgrounds, from entrepreneurs, gastro experts, IT nerds, from vegetarians to frozen pizza experts. Furthermore, two kids are also living in the WG upstairs (not in the WG where you'd be renting). We are expecting open-minded and friendly people, willing to share ideas, tasks, conversations, drinks and food, as well as roomie responsibilities and obligations.
