Das Zimmer ist schön, hell möbliert mit einem 2,00 x 1,60 m Bett (bzw. 2,00 x 80) Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Regalen, Spiegel und Schrank. Auch Decken, Handtücher und Bettwäsche etc. sind vorhanden.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. OG eines Reihenhauses, ist hell, mit einer großen Fensterfront. Das Zimmer ist eins der drei WG-Zimmer, die sich zwei Bäder teilen.
Jedes der Zimmer befindet sich auf einem anderen Stockwerk.
Die Wohnküche im Parterre ist komplett ausgestattet. Dazu gehört eine Terrasse mit Gärtchen.

Die Wohnung liegt in Sülldorf ca. 6 min zu Fuß von der S-Bahnhaltestelle Sülldorf entfernt Es fährt die S1 - damit ist man in 5 min in Blankenese und schnell am Elbstrand, in ca 20 min in Altona, in 30 min am Hauptbahnhof.
In 10 min zu Fuß sind ein Lidl und ein Aldi zu erreichen. In 1 min ist man an einem großen Park/Waldgebiet.
Parken ohne Probleme.
Die WG besteht aus zwei Personen. Wir achten auf Sauberkeit. Da wir alle viel zu tun haben, suchen wir jemand ruhigeren, der aber auch gerne mal für eine Tasse Kaffee und einen Plausch zu haben ist.
Das Haus ist vor einigen Jahren komplett renoviert worden und ist im top Zustand. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Rauchen ist im Haus und auf dem Grundstück nicht möglich.
