Es ist eine Dreiraumwohnung. Es gibt 2 ähnlich große Zimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer mit 6m2. Deckenhöhe beträgt um die 2,80m. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen gibt es einen kleinen Esszimmertisch in der Küche, wo man gut auch mal gemeinsam essen kann und miteinander quatschen kann.

It is a 3 rooms apartment. Two big rooms are comparable in size and the small room is 6m2. The ceilings are about 2.80M high. There is a small dining table in the kitchen (as can be seen in the pictures) where one can have meals and sit and share a talk.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Innerhalb von 5min ist man schon beim Hbf oder in der City. Die Bahnstation U3 (Uhlandstraße) ist zu Fuß nur 2min entfernt. Und das Beste: Die Außenalster ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in ca. 5min zu erreichen! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. gibt es ebenfalls zahlreich in der Hamburger-Meile, die auch zu Fuß nur ca. 5min entfernt ist.

The location of the apartment is quite central. One can reach the Hamburg main train station (Hbf) within 5 minutes with the U-Bahn. The apartment is at a 3 minutes walking distance from the U-Bahn station Uhlandstraße (U3). 5 minutes walking distance from the Alster. :D
Close by is the shopping center Hamburger Meile. Here one can find various shops, a cinema, restaurants as well as supermarkets etc ..
In unserer 3-er WG ist ein Zimmer frei. Wir sind Burooj (31), Liam (27) und Sara(25). Burooj macht gerade seinen Doktor in Informatik und Liam studiert Physik und Sara arbeitet als Empfangsmitarbeiterin in einen Hotel. Wir sind sehr offen, sozial und betrachten uns gerne als Familie. Wir essen und kochen ab und zu gerne zusammen. Die meiste Zeit verfolgen wir aber unsere eigenen Interessen, Uni usw., aber wir sind sehr glücklich, wenn wir uns mal treffen oder ein Gespräch beim Kochen oder Essen in der Küche führen. Wenn Du ein Solo-WG-Typ bist, dann ist dies kein Ort für dich. Abgesehen davon halten wir das Haus sauber und ordentlich. Sara fährt für zwei Monate nach Italien und möchte deshalb ihr Zimmer untermieten. Wenn du also an dem Zimmer interessiert bist, dann schreib uns einfach eine Nachricht und erzähl uns etwas über dich. Wir würden uns freuen dich kennenzulernen! :-)

In our 3-er WG, one room is free for subletting. We are Burooj(31), Liam(27) and Sara(25). Burooj is doing his PhD in Informatics, Liam is studying Physics and Sara works as a receptionist at a hotel. We are open-minded, social and like to think of us as a family. We like to eat and cook together from time to time. Most of the time we find ourselves pursuing our own interests, Uni etc. but we are quite happy when we get together or exchange a talk while cooking or having food in the kitchen. If you are a solo-WG-type person then this is strictly not a place for you. Apart from this, we like to keep the house clean and tidy. Sara is going to Italy for two months and therefore wants to sublet her room. So if you are interested in meeting us please drop us a message and tell us a little about yourself.
