Ich suche eine Mitbewohner/in für meine 85 m2 Whg. in der Nähe vom Mühlenkamp ab Oktober 20.
Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Aussenalster erreicht man nach 5 Gehminuten.
Dein Zimmer kann teil- oder unmöbliert gemietet werden. Die Wohnung verfügt desweitern über einen Balkon, Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, Bad zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
Ich bin um die 40, arbeite inHamburg Nord und habe viele Jahre im Ausland gelebt. Ich spreche Englisch, Spanisch und Französisch.
Für Sauberkeit sorgt wöchentlich ein eine Putzfrau.
Alle Kosten sind im Mietpreis enthalten (z.B. Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet, Wasser, Heizung, Putzfrau).
Eine Kaution von 800,- Euro müsste hinterlegt werden.

I am looking for a flatmate for my 85 sqm appartment close to Mühlenkamp starting from Oct 2020.
Close by are many shops and restaurants and to the Aussenalster lake its only a 5 Min walk.
Your room can be rent with or without furniture. The shared area consists out of a kitchen with seating area, a living room, bath room and balcony.
I am around 40 years old and work in Hamburg North. I lived many years abroad and I speak English, Spanish and French.
A cleaning lady comes weekly to clean the flat.
All costs are included in the rental price ( such as electricity, heating, Internet, cleaning and water).
A deposit of 800,- Euro needs to be provided
