Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und einen Balkon. Das Zimmer mit Balkon wird als Wohnzimmer genutzt. Dein Zimmer hat 16 Quadratmeter und liegt zur Strasse raus. Diese ist allerdings keine Durchgangsstrasse, wenig befahren und somit ist das Zimmer ziemlich ruhig. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert. Es gibt ein Kellerabteil, jedoch keinen Fahrradkeller oder Ähnliches. Die Küche ist für zwei Leute locker gross genug und soweit ganz gut ausgestattet.
Ich bin Hauptmieter der Wohnung und wir beide würden einen Untermietvertrag vereinbaren.

The flat has 3 rooms and a balcony. The room with the balcony is the living room. Your room has 16m^2 and faces towards a street which is very quiet. The room does not come with furniture. There is a basement storage unit but no bike basement or similar. The kitchen is easily large enough for two people and fairly well equipped. I am the main tenant and we would make a subletting contract.
Das Zimmer liegt zentral auf der Veddel. Bis zur S Bahn Station (S3/S5) sind es ca 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Von dort fährt die Bahn ca 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Ansonsten fahren auch Busse Richtung Wilhemsburg und Richtung Innenstadt. Der Weg in die Stadt lässt sich sehr angenehm mit dem Rad zurücklegen, entweder über die Elbbrücken oder den alten Elbtunnel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten ein Supermarkt ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt oder in Wilhemsburg. Direkt in der Strasse zur S Bahn findet sich ein weiterer kleiner Supermarkt, verschiedene Kiosks und eine Pizzeria. Der weitläufige Stadtpark Entenwerder befindet sich gleich auf der anderen Seite der Elbbrücken und generell ist man Richtung Osten mal schnell im Grünen und Richtung Dove Elbe.

The flat is located central on the Veddel. The S Bahn station (S3/S5) is about a 5 minute walk away. There are also busses going into the city and to Wilhemsburg. The way into the city can nicely be covered by bike, either over the Elbbrücken or the old Elbtunnel. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes away and more in Wilhemsburg. Apart from that there are several Kiosks and a Pizzeria. The Entenwerder Park is right on the other side of the bridge and in general you're fairly quick out of the city and in nature towards the east.
Mein Name ist Jan und ich bin PhD Student an der Uni Hamburg im Bereich Ozean- und Klimaphysik. In meiner Freizeit fahre ich gerne Fahrrad oder treffe mich mit meinen Freunden. Am Wochenende gehe ganz gerne mal ins Kino oder ein Bier trinken. Ich würde mich als freundlichen, offenen, respektvollen eher ruhigen Menschen beschreiben.
Was das WG Leben angeht sind mir ein respektvoller Umgang und eine freundliche offene Kommunikation wichtig. Ich würde es schön finden gelegentlich Zeit zusammen zu verbringen, mal gemeinsam zu kochen oder etwas zu unternehmen. Je nachdem wie es für beide gerade passt. My name is Jan and I am a PhD student at the university of Hamburg in the area of ocean and climate sciences. In my free time I like to go cycling or meet my friends. On the weekend I like to go to the cinema or go for a beer. I would describe myself as friendly, open minded, respectful and quiet person. In terms of living together I value a respectful interaction and a friendly and open communication. I would like if we occasionally spend time together, cook something or similar.
