Die Wohnung liegt an die S-Bahn angeschlossen (ca 10 Minuten von der S-Veddel). Mit der S-Bahn fährst du etwa 7 Minuten zum Hamburger Hauptbahnhof, von wo aus du jegliche Bahnen und Busse bekommst. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Wilhelmsburg und und der Veddel. In Wilhelmsburg gibt es die meisten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Cafés und auch kulturelles Programm. Es ist mit dem Bus in 5 Minuten, oder in etwa 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is connected to the S-Bahn (about 10 minutes from S-Veddel). The S-Bahn takes about 7 minutes to Hamburg Central Station, from where you can catch any train or bus. The apartment is located between Wilhelmsburg and Veddel. Wilhelmsburg has the most shopping facilities, as well as cafés and a cultural program. It can be reached by bus in 5 minutes, or in about 20 minutes on foot.

Mit wem du wohnen würdest:
Du würdest mit einer lieben studierenden Person (Pronomen:dey/deren/denen, 26 Jahre alt) zusammenwohnen. Dey hat viele Interessen und ist ein sehr wacher und aufmerksamer Mensch, sodass das WG Leben mit denen auf eine Weise ruhig und ausgeglichen ist.

Persönliches und Sprachen:
Ich beginne im Oktober meinen Master für Lehramt. Bewege mich irgendwo zwischen Pädagogik, Kunst und linken, primär queeren Themen und Räumen. Ich bin hörend und weiß. Ich lerne seit ein paar Jahren DGS, bin aber nicht fließend in DGS. Ich kann Alltagsgespräche führen, aber vor allem bin ich gerne bereit, es gemeinsam zu probieren mit der Kommunikation. Auch Englisch kann ich (fließend) und eine Mischung aus den Sprachen ist für mich auch in Ordnung.
Gemeinsam können wir regelmäßig Kochaktionen mit unserem Gemüse-Anteil machen. Diesen müssen wir wöchentlich in Wilhelmsburg abholen (siehe unten mehr Infos dazu). Für gemeinsamem Tee (oder, wenn du magst, Kaffee) und ausgiebiges Frühstück in der Küche bin ich auch zu begeistern.

Wir wünschen uns:
Wir schreiben hier zwar einmal alle wichtigen Punkte zur Wohnung auf, damit du sie dir vorstellen kannst und auch eine Idee von dem WG-Leben bekommst. Am wichtigsten ist jedoch, dass es zwischenmenschlich passt. Wir suchen daher eine Person, bei der das Gefühl da ist, dass es eine gute gemeinsame Wohnzeit wird.
Gerne würden wir das Zimmer an eine Flinta-Person (Frauen, Lesben, Inter*, Nichtbinäre, trans*, Agender-Personen) untervermieten, und meinen damit alle Personen, die unter Flinta fallen, also explizit nicht nur Frauen. Also auch als Mann bist du hier willkommen. Die Wohnung ist und soll ein sicherer(er) Ort für trans* Personen sein. Es ist aber auch okay, wenn du mit der Sprache, oder den Themen nicht so vertraut bist. Ein fehlerfreundlicher gemeinsamer Lernort zum gemeinsamen Ankommen und gemeinsam über den Tag plaudern wäre schön. Auf keinen Fall eine Zweck WG.

Falls du regelmäßig rauchst, müsstest du zum Rauchen unten vor die Tür gehen, da wir keinen Balkon haben. Wie das gelegentlich mit Besuch usw. ist, können wir gerne ausreden.

Da wir eine vegetarisch/vegane WG sind, suchen wir eine Person, die sich ebenfalls auf dem Spektrum vegetarisch/vegan ernährt und Lust auf primär veganes Kochen hat.
Ich (C.) habe keine Allergien. Aktuell wird alles an Essen geteilt und immer füreinander gekocht. Das können wir aber auch neu regeln, wie es passt.
Wir haben einen Solawi Anteil (Solidarische Landwirtschaft). Das heißt, wir bekommen jede Woche einen Bio-Ernteteil Gemüse aus der Umgebung. Dazu haben wir einen 1kg Äpfel und ein Brot jede Woche. Daher wäre ein Teil der WG Pflichten, den Anteil regelmäßig abzuholen. Aktuell machen wir das flexibel danach, wer Zeit hat - da wir uns das zu zweit sehr leicht ausreden können. Der Essens-Anteil ist bereits in den Nebenkosten der Miete eingerechnet.
Aktuell gibt es keinen Putzplan sondern wird nach Bedarf und Laune geputzt. C hat aber auch schon in anderen WGs gewohnt mit und ohne Putzplan. Auch hier einfach ausreden wie es gut passt.

Who you would live with:
You would be living with a lovely student (pronouns in German:dey/deren/denen, in English: they/them, 26 years old). Dey has many interests and is a very alert and attentive person, so living in a shared flat with them is calm and balanced in a way.

Personal matters and languages:
I'm starting my Master's degree in teaching in October. I'm somewhere between education, art and left-wing, primarily queer topics and spaces. I am hearing and white. I've been learning DGS for a few years, but I'm not fluent in DGS. I can hold everyday conversations, but above all I am happy to try communicating together. I can also speak English (fluently) and a mixture of languages is also fine for me.
Together we can do regular cooking activities with our vegetable share. We have to collect this weekly from Wilhelmsburg (see below for more information). I am also enthusiastic about tea (or coffee if you like) and extensive breakfasts in the kitchen.

We wish:
We will write down all the important points about the apartment here so that you can imagine it and get an idea of what life in our shared flat is like. However, the most important thing is that there is a good interpersonal fit. We are therefore looking for someone who gives us the feeling that we will have a good time together.

We would be happy to sublet the room to a Flinta person (women, lesbians, inter*, non-binary, trans*, agender people), by which we mean anyone who falls under Flinta, i.e. explicitly not just women. So you are also welcome here as a man. The apartment is and should be a safe(r) place for trans* people. But it is also okay if you are not so familiar with the language or the topics. It would be nice to have an error-friendly shared learning space to arrive together and chat about the day. Definitely not a purpose-built shared flat.

If you smoke regularly, you would have to go downstairs to smoke, as we don't have a balcony. We can talk about how it is with visitors etc. from time to time.

As we are a vegetarian/vegan flat share, we are looking for a person who is also on the vegetarian/vegan spectrum and would like to cook primarily vegan meals.
I (C.) have no allergies. We currently share all the food and always cook for each other. But we can also rearrange this as it suits us.

We have a Solawi share (community-supported agriculture). This means that we get an organic harvest of vegetables from the surrounding area every week. We also have 1 kg of apples and a loaf of bread every week. Therefore, part of the WG's duties would be to pick up the share regularly. We currently do this flexibly depending on who has time - as the two of us can easily talk about it. The food share is already included in the additional costs of the rent.
There is currently no cleaning schedule: Cleaning is done as and when required. However, C has also lived in other shared flats with and without a cleaning schedule. Here, too, it's easy to communicate about how we would like to handle it.

Du kommst für ein Praktikum, deinen Master, Erst-, Zweit- oder Dritt-Studium oder für eine Ausbildung nach Hamburg? Wir wissen, dass Zwischenmieten nicht so cool sind, aber vielleicht passt es zwischen menschlich ja und du kannst so in Hamburg erstmal ankommen, oder einen neuen Stadtteil ausprobieren. Wir suchen eher eine Person rund um und ab Mitte zwanzig.

Are you coming to Hamburg for an internship, your Master's, first, second or third degree or for an apprenticeship? We know that interim rent is not that cool, but maybe it's a good fit from a human point of view and you can arrive in Hamburg or try out a new part of the city. We are looking for someone in their mid-twenties or older.
