Room in 4er-WG with cat

Hey there

One of our flatmates is moved out into his own apartment, therefore we are searching for a replacement. My name is Lucia and I have been living in this WG for 3 years. David, my boyfriend, moved in a few months ago. We take two rooms. Normally Moritz lives here, but he will be away for an internship, so Sebastian stays here instead. Soon Sebastian will move in with his girlfriend and start a family, but that is another story.

So I can tell you a little more about us. David (25) is from US, he moved to Germany 1,5 years ago and at the moment he speaks little German. He is a software developer. In his free time he likes to play board games, do improv theater, jog, and write. I (32) studied physics and worked as data analyst, and at the moment I am jobless and looking for a new job. I take piano classes, do pole dance, improv theater, and play board games too. Moritz (22) studying at HAW mechanical and electrical engineering. He likes to spend quite time reading and educating himself, and he likes to do sports. Now while he is doing 6 month internship in Heidelberg, we have Sebastian here (28). Sebastian finishing his masters in industrial engineering. In his free time he likes to do sports - doing crossfit or being on racing bike.
There is one more furry flatmate -little kitty. So it won't suit people with allergies. And it would be nice if our new rommate likes pets <3


ROOM
it is about 9 sqm, with big window, bright. It is rented without furniture.

LOCATION
To the nearest S-bahn station Veddel it takes 8 mins by foot, from there it takes just 7 mins to Hbf. There is also bus 154 directly from the House (bus stop 'Hovestieg') that brings to S-Berliner Tor within 13 mins.


MISCELLANEOUS
The flat itself is on the 4th floor and is spacious and bright. In our WG we have 2 separate bathrooms: one with toilet and another with bathtub. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. To dry laundry, there is a floor above us with a large room. We like it clean and this is important for us. We have a weekly cleaning plan. To keep things in track we use a WG app for shared costs. We are pretty quiet overall, and from time to time there can be guests - that's fine. We don't do big parties, and prefer quietness after 10-11 pm in our WG (like no loud music, the rest is okay.)
In a monthly price 225 eur included everything, no additional costs.
