WG-Neueröffnung im Reiherstiegviertel/ new shared flat in Reiherstiegviertel

Ich finde die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen: Nahe am Deich und noch Näher am Kanal, ein paar Tischtennisplatten vor der Tür. Mit der 13 kommt man in 10 Minuten zum Bhf Veddel.

Ich ziehe zurück nach Hamburg und bin sehr froh die kleine und total schöne Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Im Moment wohne ich noch in Münster, um noch meine letzten Klausuren zu schreiben. So stelle ich mir die zukünftige WG ungefähr vor:
Ich muss für ein Praktikum Vollzeit arbeiten und werde entsprechend mehr oder weniger zu Hause sein. Ich habe aber noch keine Lust auf den normalen Lohnarbeits-Lebensstil und würde mich über WG-Leben freuen.
Ich habe Lust die Räume wie beschrieben aufzuteilen, damit es noch ein großes Wohnzimmer gibt wo man sich mal zum Essen zusammen setzen, oder ein paar Freund*innen einladen kann. Ich würde mich auch freuen, wenn man mal was zusammen kocht, vielleicht das ein oder andere Lebensmittel teilt oder im Sommer ne runde Tischtennis spielt. Muss aber auch nicht.
Es ist mir wichtig, dass sich Alle in der WG zu Hause fühlen. Es sollte kein Thema sein Dinge anzusprechen, die vielleicht nerven. Ich habe die meiste Zeit in WGs gelebt und finde das auch sehr schön. Fände es gut, wenn du auch Lust auf etwas WG-Leben hast und sich Dinge wie Putzen nicht zu großen Themen entwickeln.

Noch ein paar Sätze zu mir: Ich habe mal in Hamburg Koch gelernt, war dann ein wenig Arbeiten, einige Zeit im Ausland und habe während Corona ein Studium angefangen. Das ist jetzt fast vorbei, sodass ich zurück nach Hamburg kann.
Ich bin großer Fan unterschiedlichster Musikrichtungen, Essen gerne, bin gerne auf meinem Fahrrad unterwegs und esse gerne. Außerdem mag ich Kaffee und Essen. Sonst bin ich gerne bei Konzerten oder Festivals unterwegs oder verbringe Zeit mit Freund*innen.

I'm moving back to Hamburg and am very happy to have found the small and totally beautiful flat. At the moment I'm still living in Münster to write my last exams. This is roughly how I imagine the future shared flat:
I have to work full-time for an internship and will be more or less at home accordingly. However, I don't feel like the normal wage-earning lifestyle yet and would be happy about WG-living.
I would like to divide the rooms as described so that there is still a large living room where you can sit down together for a meal or invite a few friends. I would also be happy if you cooked something together, maybe shared some food or played a round of table tennis in the summer. But you don't have to.
It is important to me that everyone feels at home in the flat-sharing community. It shouldn't be an issue to talk about things that might be annoying. I have lived in shared flats for most of my life and find it very nice. It would be good if you also felt like living in a flat share and things like cleaning didn't become a big issue.
A few sentences about me: I once learned to be a chef in Hamburg, then worked for a while, spent some time abroad and started studying during Corona. That's almost over now, so I can go back to Hamburg.

wegen des finalen Preises: ich gehe davon aus dass die Miete mit Strom und Gasverträgen, Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag etwa bei 800 für beide liegen wird. Ich habe aber noch keine Verträge für Gas, internet und Strom, evtl. wird das also noch etwas mehr oder weniger.

I'm still in Münster for a few weeks to write my last exams. In the meantime, I'll be in Hamburg a couple of times. Maybe we can zoom in and meet again in the flat if it fits.
About the final price: I assume that the rent with electricity and gas contracts, internet and broadcasting fee will be around 800 for both. But I don't have any contracts for gas, internet and electricity yet, so it might be a bit more or less.
