Das Zimmer liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Georg-Wilhelm-Straße und ist 21qm groß, Kostenpunkt sind 570€. Die Fenster sind riesig und es gibt ne Menge Licht und Bäume ums Haus. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 110qm groß, man kann gut in der Küche oder dem Flur sitzen, hat einen Garten zur Mitbenutzung und einen großen Balkon, der an eines der Zimmer angrenzt. (Die Bilder sind von vor dem Einzug im August, deswegen sieht das Zimmer noch aus wie ein Kinderzimmer.)
The room is located in a side street of Georg-Wilhelm-Straße and is 21 square meters in size, costing 570€. The windows are huge and there is a lot of light and trees around the house. The apartment is 110 square meters in total, you can sit in the kitchen or the hallway, has a garden for shared use and a large balcony adjoining one of the rooms.

Die Wohnung liegt im Reiherstiegviertel in Wilhelmsburg. Man kann gut hier bleiben, weil es hier voll schön ist, vor allem im Sommer. Ansonsten erreicht man in 20-25 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof.

The apartment is in Reiherstiegviertel Wilhelmsburg. It's really nice here, especially in the summer.
In case you wanna get somewhere else you're fastest with a bike. By public transportation you can reach the main station in 20-35 minutes.
Moin, wir suchen (vielleicht) Dich als neue Mitbewohner*in: Wir (Anna und Ines) haben uns nach dem gemeinsamen Zusammenleben in einer kleineren Wohnung entschieden, uns zu vergrößern und sind jetzt in den Palast um die Ecke gezogen. Wir leben sehr gerne zusammen und absolut mit Absicht in einer WG. Unter der Woche ist es eher ruhig, weil arbeiten. Naja ab und an steht dann doch n Feierabendbier aufm Tisch und paar Leute kommen vorbei. Feminismus, Antifaschismus und generell Interesse an gesellschaftlichen Themen = wichtig.In der Wohnung gibt es noch ein kleineres Zimmer, was ab April ein Freund von uns, Keno, pendlermäßig unter der Woche bewohnt. D.h. Februar und März sind wir kostenmäßig bei 570€.
Wir wünschen uns eine Person Ü30, die Bock auf WG hat, WG-Erfahrung mitbringt, hinter sich aufräumt und ein solidarisches Miteinander schätzt. FINTA* und BIPoC very welcome.
Moin, we are (maybe) looking for you as a new roommate: We (Anna and Ines) have decided to expand after living together in a smaller apartment and have now moved into the palace around the corner. We really like living together and we live in a shared flat on purpose. It's rather quiet during the week because we work. Well, every now and then there's a beer on the table after work and a few people come over. Feminism, anti-fascism and a general interest in social issues = important.There is also a smaller room in the apartment, which a friend of ours, Keno, will be occupying as a commuter during the week from April on. That means that February and March costs (all in all) would be 570€.
We are looking for someone over 30 who wants to share a flat, has experience of sharing a flat, tidies up after themselves and values solidarity. FINTA* and BIPoC very welcome.
