Es ist zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch nicht klar, welches Zimmer am Ende frei sein wird, die Größe des Zimmers wird im Bereich von 15 qm sein. In der WG gibt es zusätzlich ein gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche, einen Balkon und mehrere Bäder.

Unser Haus liegt im Reiherstiegsviertel, hier gibt es Supermärkte und zweimal pro Woche den Wochenmarkt auf dem Stübenplatz. Bus / Fähre / S-Bahn sind in der Nähe (ca. 30 Minuten bis zum Hbf). Mit dem Rad bist du durch den alten Elbtunnel schnell in der City. Es fährt eine Fähre direkt zu den Landungsbrücken. Ist also super hier :-) Das Hausprojekt befindet sich in einem migrantischen Arbeiter:innenviertel mit alternative-politischen Sozialstrukturen, Industriegebiete/Hafen sind ganz in der Nähe, Grünanlagen/Kanäle sind schnell zu erreichen.

Our house is located in the Reiherstiegsviertel, there are supermarkets and two times per week a market at the Stübenplatz. bus / ferry / S-Bahn are nearby (about 30 minutes to the main station). By bike you can reach the city quickly through the old Elbtunnel. There is a ferry which drives to the Landungsbrücken directly. The house project is located in a migrant worker neighbourhood with alternative-political social structures, industrial areas/port are very close, green spaces/canals are within easy reach.

Hallo!
Bei uns wird ein Zimmer frei. In der WG leben mit 13 Leuten und darüber hinaus in einem großen Hausprojekt mit insgesamt 45 Menschen zusammen. Wir wohnen in der WG mit großer Küche, Wohnzimmer, Balkon und genügend Bädern. Wir sind zwischen 0 und 41Jahre alt. Wir sprechen hier miteinander meistens auf Deutsch und teilweise auf Englisch. Es wohnt ein Kind dauerhaft hier und zwei weitere in Teilzeit. Ein weiteres Kind wird voraussichtlich bald einziehen und ein weiteres Kind wird im Mai geboren. Wir organisieren das WG Leben gemeinschaftlich und legen Wert auf ein solidarisches Miteinander.
Was bedeutet das mit dem Hausprojekt?
Das Haus in dem wir wohnen haben wir als gemeinsam im Kollektiv gekauft. Wir organisieren und verwalten uns selber, entscheiden im Konsens, versuchen solidarische Entscheidungen zu treffen und tragen Konflikte gemeinsam aus.
Das bedeutet es gibt eine GmbH, einen Verein, das Haus und das soziale Miteinander um die wir uns gemeinschaftlich kümmern.
Derzeit liegt der Durchschnittsmietwert bei rund 280 Euro.
Wenn diese Werte bei dir Resonanz erzeugen und, wenn du in einer selbstorganisierten Gemeinschaft leben willst, mit gemeinsamer Arbeit und Spaß, wenn du eine Frau bist, wenn du mindestens 40 Jahre alt bist und wenn du dich über Englisch mit anderen verständigen kannst, dann schreib uns eine Nachricht, in der du etwas über dich erzählst!

Hello!
We have a room available. In the WG, we live together as 13 people within in a large house project with a total of 45 people. We live in the WG with a large kitchen, living room, balcony and enough bathrooms. We are between 0 and 41 years old. We speak to each other here mostly in German and partly in English. There is one child living here permanently and two others part-time. Another child is expected to move in soon and another child will be born in May. We organise the WG life communally and value solidarity with each other.
What does that mean with the house project?
We bought the house we live in as a collective. We organise and manage ourselves, decide by consensus, try to make decisions in solidarity and resolve conflicts together.
This means that there is a limited company, an association, the house and the social interaction that we take care of together.
Currently, the average rental value is around 280 euros.
