Room is available from the 1st February 2022 (Can be earlier from January 21st). Rent is 375 warm.
The room is located on the first floor in the house. The room itself is separated from others and has a minimum noise inside. You can't hear your flatmates from their room as they all live on another side of the house. The room has a single bed, wardrobe, shoe cabinet & closet. Curtains, small table and a chair are mine and I am happy to sell it for 50 euros all together.
You have a wonderful view on the garden which you can use anytime for a barbecue, sunbath, yoga, sport and so on. You will share a bathroom with 3 girls downstairs but welcome to use the one that is upstairs.
Girls are very friendly and coming from all over the world: Kyrgyzstan, Germany, Brasil, Russia. Some of them are working and some are studying. All of them have different schedules so it is rare when you have all 5 at the same time. Sometimes you can sit down in the kitchen and play games, drink together or go out. Also, we have everything in the house for a daily life: plates, glasses, tableware, cutlery, dishwasher, hoover, dryer, ironing board, iron and more available for your usage. You don't have to buy anything.
We have 2 schedules for keeping our house clean: kitchen and bathroom. It is not a problem if you travel during your scheduled time. We always find a way to compromise with girls.

The house is located in Wilstorf area. You have an amazing park next to this house. In the park you can also find a restaurant and place for pool/sauna.
This area is for families and is very quiet. Our neighbours are friendly and we never had a disagreement.
You can access public transportation next to your house. We have buses like 141, 143 and more available in 7 min. Also, you can get to Hamburg-Harburg Bahnhof in 15min by walk or get a bus to get there. S3 & S31 takes you to the city centre and usually it takes me 35 min to get to central station.
