Ich habe im Mai ein Zimmer in meiner 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung in Winterhude anzubieten. Das Zimmer ist 17,5 qm groß und mit einem großen Einbauschrank, Tisch mit Stühlen, Regal, Fernseher und 140er Bett + Matratze ausgestattet. Falls du Home Office machst, kann ich auch noch einen Schreibtischstuhl anbieten.
Ansonsten hat die Wohnung eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler + Waschtrockner, Backofen und Ceranherd, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet.

I have a spare room in my 2.5 room apartment in Hamburg-Winterhude to offer during the month of May. The room is 17,5 sqm and equipped with a large built-in wardrobe, table with chairs, shelf, TV and 140cm bed with matress. If you work from home, I can also offer a desk chair.
Besides that, the apartment has a kitchen with dishwasher + washer-dryer, oven and ceramic hob, fridge and freezer. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Die Wohnung ist 2 min vom Goldbekplatz entfernt. Bis zum Mühlenkamp läuft man ca 5 min.
Ein Rewe-City ist ca 1 min entfernt, das große Rewe Center Stanislawski & Laas ca 5 min.
Sowohl zur Außenalster als auch zum Stadtpark braucht man ca. 12 Minuten, der Goldbekkanal ist ca 200m entfernt.
Die Haltestelle der Buslinien 6/17/25 ist ca 4 min entfernt, bis zur U3 (Haltestelle Sierichstraße oder Borgweg) läuft man etwa 10 min.
In nächster Nähe finden sich zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants.
Parken ist gerade am Wochenende etwas tricky, aber es findet sich eigentlich immer eine Parklücke.

The flat is located in the center of Hamburg, only a 5 min walk away from the famous Mühlenkamp, that is well known for it's restaurants and cafes. The nearest supermarket is just across the street. It takes about 12 min by foot to the Außenalster as well as to the Stadtpark. The bus stop of the lines 6/17/25 is 4 min away and it takes about 10 min to the nearest underground lines (line U3, stations Sierichstraße or Borgweg).
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit einem weiteren Mitbewohner teilen (die anderen 1,5 Zimmer sind aktuell ebenfalls zu vermieten).
