Hey people, my name is Kiki (35 yo).
I am looking for a single subrenter (females only, no couples, sorry) of my room for 3 months from September till December, since I will be going abroad. My flatmate Dana (26) will stay in the flat, so you will stay together in the house, while I am going away myself.
You will be living in a fine, old building style, high standard and fully renovated 69 m2 flat of 2 bedrooms, one living room with a sunny balcony facing south, a spacious kitchen and corridor, and a big bathroom. The flat is fully furnished. The interior is super modern, tidy with nice white and tall walls, real wooden floor and technically fully equipped (new washing Maschine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, automate coffee machine), in a silent area in the beautiful district of glorious Winterhude right next to the Stadtpark (5 Mins walk). Quite Easy bike and car parking.
There is a lovely and a very comfortable big sized bedroom of 18m2 with a comfy 1,80 m box spring bed.
The living room of 20 m2 is sunny and bright with a sofa and dining table.
There is a guest room of 10m2, which is rented to my lovely flatmate Dana. She will be your flatmate for the 3 months :) of course you will have a chance to meet each other before moving in!
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a kitchen table with a beautiful view to the outside.
The barhroom has a window, shower and bathtub in simple and clean white.
I will leave all my selfmade, very individual furniture, which is no IKEA and I hope to find someone to treat it with loads of care.

All in all, Winterhude is a wonderful district to live in! Its calm, clean and peaceful with many families and young professionals.
The Stadtpark is right in front of our flat. You can go jogging, swimming and have bbq with friends there.
There are 2 metros (U Borgweg and U Saarlandstrasse) around the corner, one to the left, one to the right ;) Busses go directly to the city center, too. The Alster is only a 20 min’s walk away. You can also walk to Mühlenkamp, which is great for dinner and drinks. From here, you can also cycle or float by boat anywhere you want.
