Large room in a quiet apartment. The other roommates are very calm and quiet too, they enjoy living together and will also leave you alone when you need it.
There will be a sofa, small table and carpet to be bought (cheap) as I'm leaving the country. The rest of the room is already equipped with a bed, desk, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Other pictures can be shared.
The room is oriented on a pedestrian street so it is very quiet at night.
There is a cave in the basement where you can store everything you want.
The apartment is located 1 minute walking to the bus stop (17, 173, 6) and , 10 minutes walking to U3 and 5 minutes by bus to S1. The stadtpark can be reached in 10 minutes by walk.
There are also a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the area (Mulhenkampf) which are really nice to enjoy.
The italian girl is a student working daily for her PhD.
The german guy is working daily not here everyday - he is also not here on weekends.
Both are very calm, you can live together in the kitchen and on the balcony. Everyone is free to join or stay calm in his room.
