A lovely, fully furnished backyard-apartment with an oven, washing machine & dish washer in the kitchen is available!
Everything you need is provided in the apartment, including a fridge, a couch, a closet, a bed, a table, multiple chairs and utensils.
Location
The apartment is very conveniently located and peaceful. The bus stop is right in front of the apartment. All stores for daily needs (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery etc.) are in walking distance. The famous street, Mülenkamp, and Kampnagel is around the corner, and 5-10 minutes bike ride to Alster lake.
With the U-Bahn/Bus you can reach:
* Hauptbahnhof station in 15-20 minutes
* Landungsbrücken in 30 minutes
Other
There are tons of amazing cafes nearby the apartment. A famous swimming pool/Sauna is not far away either. The apartment and the furniture are in a great condition.
The rent includes all utilities.

Die Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig und ruhig gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäckerei etc.) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die berühmte Straße Mühlenkamp und Kampnagel sind um die Ecke und die Alster ist in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
