The room is 13 m2 and it’s on the back side of the apartment, with a view of the private garden. Next to it is Tereza’s room and the bathroom. The room is overall very quiet and bright, with a big window.The room is also fully equipped with everything that you can see in the pictures (except the postcards); a double bed, a big wardrobe, a table and a chair.


Lage

Die Wohnung liegt am Ende der Gertigstrasse richtung Barmbeker Strasse. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten können folgende Haltestellen erreicht werden: Herderstraße (Busse 173, 172), Jarresstraße (Busse 173,172), Gertigstrasse (Busse 6, 25). Die nächste U3 Haltestelle ist Borgstraße, diese ist zu Fuss in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Direkt in der Gertigstrasse gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind 3 bis 10 min entfernt. Es gibt einen Aldi, Markant, 2 Bio Läden, Penny, Rewe und Edeka. An der Alster ist man zu Fuss in 10 Minuten, im Stadtpark in 15 min.Die Lage ist erstklassig, man hat alles was man braucht um sich herum und es gibt immer etwas Neues zu entdecken.The apartment is located at the end of Gertigstraße, near Barmbekerstraße. Within 5 minutes you can reach the following bus stops: Herderstraße (buses 173, 172), Jarresstraße (buses 173,172), Gertigstraße (buses 6, 17, and 25). The nearest U3 stop is Borgweg, which is about a 15min walk away. On Gertigstraße there are many restaurants, bars, boutiques, and neat little shops. The nearest supermarkets are all just a few minutes walk away: there is an Aldi, Markant, Penny, Rewe, Edeka, and a few organic and specialty stores! The Alster is a 10 minute walk away, and the Stadtpark in 15 min.The location is really quite amazing, you have everything you need around you and there is always something new to discover!


WG-Leben

Die WG ist eine 3er WG. Deine Mitbewohner Tereza und Nick genießen ein ruhiges miteinander, es ist definitiv keine Party-WG. Wir haben die Wohnung immer als Rückzugsort betrachtet und sind uns daher super ausgekommen. Falls du also eine entspannte WG suchst wo man sowohl zusammen etwas unternehmen kann als auch seine Ruhe bekommt, komm gerne vorbei.Ich würde mich freuen jemanden zu finden mit ihnen abends mal ein Bierchen trinkt, zusammen kocht und über den Tag schnacken kann. Eigentlich suchen wir einfach nur einen netten Menschen mit dem sich das Zusammenleben einfach gestaltet.


The flat is, as described above, a three person shared-flat. Your flatmates would be Tereza and Nick. Tereza is a journalist from Brazil who is currently studying German. She has a passion for the arts, plants, and everything creative! Nick is an Erzieher from the US and is very into music, literature, and football. Both are very passionate about cooking and sharing food with others, so you would never miss a home cooked meal or good conversation around them!


Tereza and Nick are both very laid back, open-minded, and easy to get along with. The flat has a calm and relaxing vibe, a little oasis in the heart of the city. If you think you´d be interested in meeting and possibly living with them, please send a message!



Sonstiges

Die WG verfügt über alles was man zum Leben braucht. Voll eingerichtete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Dunstabzugshaube, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.Die Wohnung ist ab dem 15 September bezugsbereit. Ich werde täglich in mein Postfach schauen und versuche schnell zu antworten. Wenn es Fragen gibt, bitte stellt sie. Besichtigungen Können wir kurzfristig abstimmen und auch den Mietbeginn können wir dann abstimmen wenn es zu kurzfristig ist. Ich halte nichts von Massenbesichtigungen. Schreibt mich einfach an dann machen wir einen Besichtigungstermin aus.Bitte senden Sie eine Nachricht mit einer Zusammenfassung zu Ihrer Person und fang damit an, was was dein Lieblingsfilm, -buch oder -musiker ist!


The flat has everything you need to live comfortably. A fully-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, induction stove, oven, extractor hood, washing machine and dishwasher.The apartment is ready for occupancy from the 15th of September. I will check my inbox daily and try to respond quickly. If there are any questions, please ask them. Viewings can be coordinated in the short term and we can also discuss the start of the lease then if it is too short notice. I do not believe in mass viewings.
