The apartment is on the top floor, with two rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. Its mostly furnished, so you don't need to buy everything from scratch. I have also a basement, it’s not that big but you can stash some things in there. Your room is 16m2 and has a great view to the park.
The flat is located in Barmbek Nord, near to the Habichstraße station.
The bus Richeystraße is 2 min from the doorstep, just across the street.
4 min walking you have a budni and the next block Penny, Aldi and liddl.
You arrive at Barmbek station with the bus in just 8 min where you will find Rewe and the Trufitness studio if you like to exercise. The Fuhlsbüttler Straße is a few minutes by foot where you can find almost everything such as shops and restaurants and the lovely Stadtpark is also nearby.
You will live with Luisa (28) who is from Colombia and works here as a lawyer.
She works mostly from home so you will see her during the day.
She is very friendly and funny and likes to cook vegan.
Cleaning shouldn’t be a problem for you.
We don't have a schedule, but once a week we like to get the place cleaned up.
