Wir vermieten in unserer 3 Zimmer-Wohnung in Ottensen zwei möblierte Zimmer an eine berufstätige Person befristet für bis zu einem Jahr. Wohnzimmer und/oder Arbeitszimmer (18qm) und Schlafzimmer (18qm) mit kleinem Balkon in den Hinterhof. Es handelt sich um eine Altbau-Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße fußläufig zur Elbe.
Dazu gibt es eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und ein Wannenbad.
Das dritte Zimmer bewohnen wir (mittelaltes Paar) wenn wir in Hamburg sind. Das ist etwa alle 2 Wochen für ein paar Tage der Fall.

We offer 2 fully equipped rooms in our 3 room apartment in Hamburg Ottensen. A living room and/or home office (18qm) and a bed room (18qm) with a small balcony facing the backyard of the house. We're looking for someone who's in Hamburg for work and needs a place for around a year. The apartment is located in a quiet street, very close to the Elbe.
Additionally you'll have a kitchen (with washing machine and dryer) where you can comfortably sit and have your meals even with a few friends and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The third room is used by us (middle-aged couple) when we're in Hamburg, what only happens around every 2nd week, for a few days.
