vom 20.April 2024 bis zum 10.Mai 2024 ist ein schönes Zimmer in unserer möblierten WG frei.
Es kostet 490 € inklusive Gäste-Bettwäsche, Gästehandtücher, (zzgl. Reinigungsgebühr)
WLAN, Doppelbett und einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche.
Das Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet:(180m-Boxspringbett, Flachbild-TV / Kommode)
und alles Weitere von einem Toaster und bin hin zum Staubsauger ist in der Wohnung vorhanden.
Unser kleines Bad wurde vor einigen Monat komplett neu gefliest. Whoop!
Der Flur und vor allem die gesamte Küche wurden ebenfalls frisch renoviert -
neuer Boden, Waschmaschine, Schränke, Spüle, etc.
Es wird vorab eine Kaution von 400€ hinterlegt.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral - in einer ruhigen, bepflanzten Seitenstraße im Herzen Altonas,
nahe der Haltestelle S Holstenstraße.
Die Zimmer, ebenso wie die gesamte Wohnung, haben einen schönen Holzdielenfußboden, hohe Decken und Stuck.
Es gibt eine Wohnküche mit Zugang zu einem romantischen kleinen Balkon im Innenhof.
Allerdings ist es keine Partylocation und nur für eine Einzelperson zu vermieten.
