This flat has 80sqm and 4 sleeping rooms (4 persons co-living) incl. Kitchen, Bathroom, separate WC.
The room for rent has 20sqm and is furnished with bed (200x90cm) + mattress, wardrobe, desk+ chair. (the plants are not available) this room has a big balcony with view over a park
The rent includes Electricity, Internet, Heating (overuse against surcharge) etc. all in. Your seldom used belongings could be stored in the basement.
For rent is only the room mentioned above, kitchen and bathroom will be shared.
The flat is located in Hamburg Horn, Stengelestr 39, please check by yourself if the location is convenient to your university or job.
Supermarkets are 200 to 800m away (Netto/REWE/Penny/Lidl/Aldi) and a turkey greengrocer is just around the corner.
the flat is between two metro station, so you can reach the metro station within 5 min-10min Walk depending on the station. from there, you can reach the central train station in about 12 min.

Jeremy, from China, he is an engineering student of TU Berlin and currently doing his internship in Hamburg.
two other roommates will move out by End of may. so there are two more rooms avaialbe. both rooms are about 11qm, rent 550 Euro.

I prefer someone who can come over for flat viewing in person. if it is not possible, especially for the one who is not in Germany yet: I reserve the room ONLY against a reservation deposit (= 2xMonthly Rent), this money will not be returned if you wont move in at the end!!!
