A room in my cozy apartment on the second floor will be available from April. It has about 15 square meters, laminate flooring and a window overlooking the trees of the quiet courtyard. It is offered without furniture. I have a small kitchen where 5 people can sit comfortably and a bathroom with bath shower. The indicated rent is monthly warm all inclusive.
The room is offered for 10 months, but longer term is also possible.
