The bright room is 13 m² in size and on the ground floor of an apartment building. The house is quiet and in a nice, green environment in Groß-Flottbek.
In the basement there is a large hobby room, a bicycle cellar and a laundry drying room.
A washing machine will be provided for free use.
The light-flooded flat is well cut for a shared flat and the room is located next to the large kitchen on the other side of the hallway (see floor plan). The kitchen is fully equipped (+dishwasher, oven/stove), well cut and offers plenty of work space.
A 7.4 m^2 terrace is also shared.
The whole house is a non-smoking house and I only rent to non-smokers.
For me, a friendly and appreciative coexistence is important as I focus on my medical studies.

There is a large park with exercise facilities right next to the flat. The house is surrounded by green and is located in a quiet area. 250m away is the Elbe shopping centre and several universities.m
