Das andere Zimmer ist jetzt an eine Frau vergeben, jetzt wird ab 1.12 ein anderes Zimmer frei, befristet bis Ende 05.2017.
Vor kurzem voll modernisierte schöne Altbauwohnung. Neues Bad, grosse neue Küche, alles sehr sauber ;-). Zurzeit wohnen eine Frau und ein Mann in der WG, eine dritte Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner wird gesucht. Gerne berufstätg oder Student/in.
Das Zimmer hat gut 21 qm, mit Blick auf den Teich am Schillerplatz (Der mit der Wasserfontäne). Es ist altbautypisch hoch, und hell, wirkt also nicht klein. Auch ein Pärchen hat schon darin gewohnt, es reicht also notfalls auch für 2. Dann würde ich allerdings die Nebenkosten etwas höher ansetzen.
Ich bin berufstätig als Arzt, meine Mitbewohnerin ist Studentin.
Die Kosten von 260 €/monatlich sind ein Komplettpreis inklusive WLAN und Telefon, Heizung, Strom.
Direkt am Schillerplatz, schöner Blick auf den Schillerplatz-Teich, 250m bis zum Supermarkt. Etwa 12 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof. Tierpark ist in der Nähe.
