Es handelt sich um zwei separate Zimmer. Das Schlafzimmer beherbergt ein Doppelbett und hat 11 qm. Das Arbeitszimmer, ausgestattet mit Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Kleiderschrank ist 8 qm groß. Beide Zimmer befinden sich im 2. OG, welches zusätzlich ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon hat (17 qm). Im Erdgeschoss ist nochmal ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zu Terrasse und Vorgarten sowie Küche mit Esszimmer und das Badezimmer. Dein/e Mitbewohner/in hat sein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, wo also alle Räume und Flächen geteilt benutzt werden. Alle Räume sind möbliert, auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Innenstadt und die Hochschulen sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln etwa eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Busstation, Supermarkt und Bäcker alles 5 min zu Fuß vom Haus. Es sind Stellplätze für Fahrräder oder auch ein eigenes Auto vorhanden. Es wäre natürlich schön, wenn Du einen grünen Daumen und Spaß an Gartenarbeit hast, da der Garten wirklich viel Fläche hat und so Terrasse und Garten im Sommer sehr zur Geltung kommen können.
Ich suche nach ruhigen Mietern, die Wohngegend ist familiär und da es eine Doppelhaushälfte ist, sind die Nachbarn gleich nebenan.

There are two separate rooms. The bedroom accommodates a double bed and has 11sqm. The study, equipped with desk, chair and wardrobe is 8sqm. Both rooms are located on the 1st floor, which also has a living room with balcony (17sqm). On the ground floor there is another large living room with access to the terrace and front garden as well as the kitchen with dining room and the bathroom. Your flatmate has his/her room on the ground floor, so all rooms and areas on the ground floor are shared. All rooms are furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and dishes as well.
The city centre and universities are about half an hour away by public transport. Bus station, supermarket and bakery are all a 5 minutes' walk from the house. There are parking spaces for bicycles or your own car. Of course, it would be nice if you enjoy gardening, as the garden really has a lot of space and the terrace and garden make a great feature during summer.
I am looking for quiet tenants, the residential area is familiar and as it is a semi-detached house, the neighbours are right next door.
