We offer a small room for rent on the 1st floor.
The room equipped with bed, small desk and two small wardrobes.
WiFi is available and enough power outlets for computers, etc.
The window has a mechanical shutter so that darkness should be provided sufficiently if needed.
The room is just 1 door from the bathroom and 1 door from the stairway.
The room is in a large house in a quiet location with a small parc to the rear.
Important:
Please understand that mansions with a parc are not likely to be in city center at the main square.
We are located in a sububurb with "GVH-Connection" to city center (Subway S6 or S7 or Bus 900 + S3 e.g.).
It is a maximum of 7 minutes walk from Aldi / Lidl / Edeka / bakery / pharmacy and a maximum of 10 minutes walk from the city center of the Burgdorf suburb.
The S6 / S7 stop is about 15 minutes on foot, we recommend a bicycle for ultimate speed.
The bus stop for the bus lines to the S6 / S7 is just once across the street.
We have several nationalities in the community.
As this project is performed for on the one hand learning more about other nationalities and on the other hand offering a cheap room to students, we will be selective.
There are some meeting rooms, at the end it is often the kitchen or, if you are training with friends, the winter garden, depending on the occupation.
In summer, the terrace and the park invite you to stay.
In Burgdorf there are many attractions in good times cinema, theater, knight games, animal markets, weekly markets, etc.
We are looking for people who not only sleep here, but also take care of the house with us. Whoever uses something leaves it clean again.
The rooms of common use (corridor, respective bathroom) are maintained jointly.
Important:
No use of Garlic (Knoblauch / Ail) in the house - one part is used for commercial purpose, so the smell of garlic is not allowed. And: No pets either.
And: If you use the kitchen, leave it clean for the next one, please.
Vegetarians and Non-Smokers are more welcome, for a better world in the future!
We prefer Students of the LUH, MHH or HMTMH
There is sufficient parking for cars / bicycles / motorbikes.
If you are specially needy, provide this information on inital contact and we find out whether we can find a special arrangement. If possible please provide a foto (if not in profile) and your pronouns.
