Die zwei Zimmer sind insgesamt ca 33 qm groß. Das vordere Zimmer hat ein Fenster zum Hinterhof und ist das kleinere von den beiden. Das dahinter liegende Zimmer geht nach vorne zur Straße raus, die allerdings sehr ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung ist in der Gerberstr. und hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Zu Fuß dauert es ca 2 Minuten bis zu der Station Glocksee, Goetheplatz oder Königswortherplatz. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind nicht ganz so nah, aber immer noch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
- wir leben in einer gemischten 5er WG und möchten keine reine Zweck WG sein
- mal zusammen kochen/ gemeinsame Aktivitäten (geht gut in der großen Wohnküche)
- manchmal geht es etwas lebhafter bei uns zu
- sich zurückzuziehen ist aber auch kein Problem
- gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sollte selbstverständlich sein
