Das freundlich eingerichtete helle Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohnung in 30823 Garbsen in direkter Nähe zu Hannover mit drei Zimmern, voll ausgestatteter Küche und Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und WC. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Die anderen beiden Zimmer werden von einem Maschinenbau- und einem Physik-Studenten bewohnt.
Abstellmöglichkeit für ein Fahrrad ist vorhanden. Eine Parkmöglichkeit besteht vor dem Haus.
Die Miete beträgt warm 300,00 Euro. Darin enthalten sind Warmwasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet, Kabelfernsehen, Treppenhausreinigung und alle Betriebskosten. Nur die GEZ-Gebühr ist selbst zu übernehmen, bzw. wird bisher gedrittelt von einem Studenten an die GEZ entrichtet.
Ein Balkon ist nicht vorhanden, es besteht aber die Möglichkeit, den Garten mit zu nutzen.

Garbsen is a town near by the City of Hanover.
Altgarbsen is an urbanized area from Garbsen. It’s a town with 60,000 inhabitants. You can go shopping in some small markets near by the flat or in the shopping-center which is directly located near by the station "Garbsen". Or use the bigger one in district Garbsen-Mitte. There you can find a cinema.
Furthermore you have the possibility to go to the Blue Lake in Altgarbsen for swimming or do water skiing.
You can do sports: running near the Mittelland Canal, or join one of the numerous sport clubs in Garbsen, for example the GSC, where you can play soccer, do athletics or handball.
The journey time by public transport from the apartment to stop Leibniz University is 31 minutes (including the walk to the bus stop).
It is a small 3-room apartment (66 m², ground floor) with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. In the kitchen you'll find a fridge-freezer and cooking facilities like an oven and a washing machine, a dryer and a microwave. The room has internet and cable connection.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Altgarbsen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Mittellandkanal. In Garbsen ist eine gute Infrastruktur vorhanden. Am Blauen See befindet sich eine Wasserski-Anlage und ein Sandstrand.
Die Bushaltestelle der Linie 126 ist 150m entfernt, zum Endpunkt der Linie 4 ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Die Fakultät Maschinenbau in Garbsen-Mitte ist z.B. mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Das WG-Leben ist so aktiv, wie jede(r) sich einbringt und daran interessiert ist.
