Herzlich willkommen in Deiner neuen Luxus-WG über den Dächern Hannovers. In zentraler Lage unweit des Bahnhofs Nordstadt findest Du diese Dachgeschosswohnung, die sich über die gesamte Fläche des Gebäudes erstreckt. Auf der Etage bist Du also völlig für Dich alleine zusammen mit Deinen Mitbewohnern.

Unsere frisch eingerichtete Wohnung macht wunschlos glücklich:

Zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit insgesamt vier Boxspringbetten ausgerüstet, die sich beliebig teilen oder zusammenstellen lassen. Die exklusiven Hotelbetten haben jeweils eine Liegefläche von 200 x 90 cm und bestehen aus stabilem Vollholz. Und keine Sorge: Beim Doppelbett 200 x 180 gibt es keine Bettritze. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist bereits mit TV ausgerüstet und das andere mit einem Arbeitsplatz. Du kannst natürlich aber auch alles so gestalten, wie Du möchtest. Bequeme Abstellmöglichkeiten findest Du in den Kleiderschränken und im Wohnungsflur. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Außenrollläden, so dass Ruhe und ein erholsamer Schlaf garantiert sind.

Ein großes Highlight der Wohnung ist das Wohn- und Esszimmer, von wo Du auf die große Dachterrasse kommst. Außerdem findest Du dort einen Essplatz für sechs Personen. Die Sitzgarnitur im Wohnzimmer kann als weiterer Schlafplatz für Gäste genutzt werden. Von dort hast Du auch Ausblick auf den neuen Flachbildfernseher mit Sat-TV. Oder Du nutzt nach einem anstrengenden Tag den kostenfreien Massagesessel und genießt die RGB-Beleuchtung.

Auch für das leibliche Wohl lässt sich sorgen. Dir steht eine komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche (Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspülmaschine) sowie ein kombinierter Waschtrockner zur Verfügung. Auch ansonsten ist alles in der Wohnung, was du brauchst. Fernseher, Möbel, Bettwäsche, Besteck, Töpfe, Kaffeemaschine etc.. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden. Du kannst direkt einziehen und musst nichts mitbringen.

Schließlich gibt es noch ein großes Wannenbad mit Doppelwaschtisch und ein separates Gäste-WC. Und für die Sommerzeit steht eine mobile Klimaanlage zur Verfügung.

Welcome to your new luxury shared apartment above the rooftops of Hanover. In a central location not far from Nordstadt train station you will find this attic apartment, which extends over the entire area of ​​the building. So on the floor you are completely alone with your new friends.

Our freshly furnished apartment makes you completely happy:

Two bedrooms are equipped with a total of four box spring beds, which can be divided or put together as desired. The exclusive hotel beds each have a lying area of ​​200 x 90 cm and are made of sturdy solid wood. And don't worry: there are no cracks in the double bed 200 x 180. One of the bedrooms is already equipped with a TV and the other with a workstation. Of course, you can also design everything the way you want. You can find convenient storage options in the wardrobes and in the hallway. Both bedrooms have external shutters, so peace and a restful sleep are guaranteed.

A big highlight of the apartment is the living and dining room, from where you can access the large roof terrace. There you will also find a dining area for six people. The seating area in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping space for guests. From there you also have a view of the new flat screen TV with satellite TV. Or you can use the free massage chair after a strenuous day and enjoy the RGB lighting.

You can also take care of your physical well-being. You have a fully equipped fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer combination, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and a combined washer-dryer at your disposal. Otherwise, everything you need is in the apartment. TV, furniture, bed linen, cutlery, pots, coffee maker etc. Everything is there. You can move in straight away and don't have to bring anything with you.

Finally, there is a large bathroom with a double vanity and a separate guest toilet. And a mobile air conditioning system is available for the summer time.
