Dein Zimmer ist ca 12m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster Richtung Osten, sodass du morgens von der Sonne wach wirst ;) Der Boden hat schöne alte Nischen und du hast einen kleinen Balkon direkt an deinem Zimmer. Außerdem besitzt der Raum einen großen Einbauschrank in dem du bereits viele deiner Sachen verstauen kannst.
Die WG liegt in einem Reihenhaus mit Garten den man in Absprache mit den Vermietern, Johanna und Nils, die im Erdgeschoss wohnen, gerne mal mitnutzen kann. Ansonsten ist alles Vorhanden, Küche, Bad mit Regendusche und ein großer Waschkeller.
Your future room has the size of ca. 12m² and has a window to the east, so you will wake up by the sun. ;-) Your floor has beautiful old boards and you have a small balcony directly on your room. Furthermore you have a big closet in one of your walls (see Pictures). On the backyard of our house, there’s a small garden. The landlords (Nils and Johanna, living on the ground floor) accorded us to use this beautiful place on earth, too. Our flat is on the first floor consisting of a kitchen, a bathroom (with a rain shower), Nils and another free room and the room that could be yours in future (: In the basement you can find our washing machine and a lot of space to dry your clothes.
Die WG liegt im Osten der Stadt im gemütlichen Heideviertel. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind um die Ecke genauso wie die Bushaltestelle, die Straßenbahn ist 10 Minunten per Fuß entfernt. solltest du mit dem Auto unterwegs sein findet sich in der Straße ziemlich verlässlich ein guter Parkplatz. Auch im Grünen ist man schnell und bei heißen Temperaturen ist man in Windes Eile im Freibad.
The flat is located in the east of the city in the cozy Heideviertel. A supermarket and a bakery are just around the corner. The next bus station is 1 minute and the next tram station 10 minutes far. In case you have a car, it’s not so difficult to find a parking slot directly in front of the house. If you like to hang out outdoors, you can walk, go running or cycle in the nearby park.
Wir suchen ab September einen/eine neue Mitbewohner/-innen. Wir, das sind Nils 28 Jahre und Mitarbeiter in einem kleinen Start Up hier in Hannover und Verena 25 Jahre alt und angehende Studentin.
Das Zusammenleben mit uns würde ich als entspannt bezeichnen. :-) Wir sitzen abends gerne mal mit nem Wein/Bier zusammen auch gerne mit dem Rest des Hauses Nils und Johanna. Am besten ihr macht euch selbst ein Bild von uns und dem Rest des Hauses. :-)
Since my flat mate is moving out, we are searching for a new flat mate from the beginning of December. We are, Nils 28 years old and working as an engineer in a small start up here in Hannover and Verena 25 years and a student. At the flat, living together is quite laid-back. The best thing is to make yourself a picture of us and the rest of the house. :-)
