Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin oder einen netten Mitbewohner für ein 18 qm-Zimmer in einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Herrenhausen, da mein Mitbewohner sehr spontan nach Bochum umziehen muss.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Kleiderschrank, Bett und Schreibtisch.
In der Wohnung gibt es außerdem noch ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler und einen Balkon. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock.
Es ist möglich, das Zimmer für einen oder zwei Monate zu mieten.

I'm looking for a nice flatmate for a 18 qm-sized room in a 3-room-apartment in Herrenhausen as my current flatmate has to move to Bochum very spontaneously. The room will be available from 1st of August for one or two months.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a bed and a desk. There's also a communal living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a balcony. The apartment is on the second floor.
Die Wohnung liegt in Herrenhausen, die Haltestelle Schaumburgstraße ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Rewe. Der Herrenhäuser Markt mit allem, was man so braucht, ist auch nicht weit. Außerdem ist es nur einen Katzensprung zu den Herrenhäuser Gärten und zum wunderschönen Georgengarten.
The apartment is situated in Herrenhausen. The next tram stop is Schaumburgstraße which is about 7 minutes on foot. There's a REWE very close to the apartment. The Herrenhäuser Markt is also very close. The beautiful Georgengarten and the Herrenhäuser Gärten are also just around the corner.
Mein Name ist Sigrid, ich bin 34 Jahre alt und stelle mir ein freundliches und entspanntes Zusammenleben vor. Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig. Ob wir das per Putzplan regeln oder ohne, können wir noch besprechen :) Gerne können wir mal zusammensitzen und quatschen/kochen, natürlich ist es auch ok, wenn jeder mal Zeit für sich braucht. Das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer kann gerne genutzt werden für gesellige Spiele- und Fernsehabende etc.
Ich habe Freude an vielen schönen Dingen - Joggen, Tanzen, Singen, Lesen, Musizieren, mit netten Leuten gesellige Zeit verbringen... :)
