Ich ziehe zum 1.2.2014 aus meiner WG aus und suche daher eine Nachmieterin. Das Zimmer ist ca.16qm groß und hell. Im Zimmer und im Flur ist ein Laminatboden und Fliesen im Bad. Die Küche ist schön groß. Die Miete liegt monatlich bei 205 Euro(keine weiteren Nebenkosten) und die Kaution beträgt 500 Euro.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage in der Stehnhusenstraße 3. Bis zur Bahnhaltestelle Kantplatz sind es etwa 6 Gehminuten und die MHH ist mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Lidl,NP)sind in direkter Nähe.
Wir sind eine nette dreier WG. Außer mir wohnen hier Judd(24) und Pi(24). Wir unternehmen auch mal was zusammen. Wirsuchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin, die zu uns passt :-)
