Hallo, ich bin Philipp 23 Jahre alt und werde im September und Oktober ein 2 monatiges Auslandspraktikum machen. Für diese Zeit suche ich eine Person für die Zwischenmiete. Die Untervermietung der Wohnung verläuft in Absprache mit der Vermieterin und ist somit auch vollig legal (also keine Angst das wäre unter der Hand).
Den September ist mein Mitbewohner auch nicht zuhause weil er auch ein Praktikum macht, in dieser Zeit ist zieht jedoch Juri ( ein Kumpel von ihm) zur Zwischenmiete ein. Er kommt dann im Oktober wieder zurück.
Die Wohnung ist renoviert worden und hat erst kürzlich neue Fenster erhalten (daher die Ränder um die Fenster, wird aber bis September gestrichen sein) und ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet.
Sie bietet sich optimal für Erasmus-Studenten an, die hier in Hannover ein zweimonatiges Praktikum machen wollen oder Leute die planen in Hannover zu studieren und diese Wohnung als Schaltzentrale für Ihre WG-Suchen nutzen wollen.

Hello, I am Philipp 23 years old and will do an two month internship in September and October. For this time I am looking for a person to joint the flat for intermediate rent. The subletting of the apartment is in agreement with the landlord and is therefore completely legal (so do not worry that this would be not official).
In September my roommate will also be at an internship. So for this time, his buddy Juri will join the flat. My roomate will return in October.
The apartment has recently been renovated and (new windows) (hence the edges around the windows, but will be painted by September) and is very modern and well equipped.
It is ideal for Erasmus students who want to do a two-month internship here in Hannover or people who plan to study in Hannover and want to use this apartment as a control center for their WG searches.
Die Wohnung liegt in Kleefeld, einem sehr ruhigen enspannten Renterviertel.
Man hat eine sehr kurze Anknüpfung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr 5 min (S-Bahn, Bus, Straßenbahn). Außerdem hat man eine sehr kurze Anknüpfung an die MHH (15 min zu Fuß, oder 5 min mit dem Rad).
Kleefeld hat alles was man benötigt und es gibt auch einen Supermarkt in nächster Nähe (5 min).
Außerdem hat man den großen Vorteil extrem nah an der wunderschönen Eilenriede zu sein (dem Standwald) und so ganz schnell in die Natur zu kommen.
In die Innenstadt kommt man mit der U-Bahn extrem schnell, die Fahrt vom Kantplatz zum Kröpke (Stadtmitte) dauert 7 min.

The apartment is located in Kleefeld, a very quiet relaxed pensioner quarter.
The public transport ist close-by with only 5 min walk (S-Bahn, bus, tram). You also have a very short connection to the MHH (15 minutes on foot, or 5 minutes by bike).
Kleefeld has everything you need and there is also a supermarket in the immediate vicinity (5 min).
In addition, you have the great advantage of being extremely close to the beautiful Eilenriede (the city forest) and so you can get very quickly into nature.
The city center can easily be reached by subway, the journey from Kantplatz to Kröpke (city center) takes 7 minutes.
Mein Mitbewohner ist Alex. Er ist 22 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Azubi. Alex hört gerne Soundcould-Rap und ist was das amerikanische Rap-Game angeht up-to-date. Er ist sehr ambitioniert bei seiner Arbeit und genießt es am Wochenende mit seinen Freunden abzuhängen und feiern zu gehen. Alex wird im Oktober wieder zurück in die Wohnung kommen. Zuvor wird sein Kumpel Juri noch einige Wochen in der Wohnung leben. Juri wird sich diese Zeit nehmen, um Musik zu machen und vielleicht ein paar Musikvideos zu drehen. Oder auch um skaten zu gehen. Juri ist super umgänglich und immer offen um zu quatschen.

My roomates is Alex. He is 22 years old and works as a apprentice. Alex enjoys to listen to the latest american HipHop trends and knows every singe soundcloud rapper. He is very ambitioned in his work and enjoys to go out with his friends on the weekend. Alex will be joining the flat for October. Before that his buddy Juri will live in the flat for a few weeks. Juri will take this time to produce some music and maybe go out for some video takes, also Juri trains to board (skateboard). He is a very confortable person and always open for a chat.

Ich würde gerne meine Möbel in der Wohnung lassen. sonst würde ich dir gerne das Zimmer so freiräumen sodass du genug Platz für deine Sachen haben wirst.
