Schönes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in 3er WG in Linden Nord, möbliert

Hey,

ich (Tobi) möchte für ein Praktikum in Hamburg mein Zimmer für 6 Monate zum 1. März untervermieten. Ich wohne zusammen mit René (30) und Valle (28) in der schönen Wohnung direkt am Fluss. René macht aktuell sein Ref. und unterrichtet an einem Gymnasium in Celle Musik und Sport. Damit wird er voraussichtlich im September durch sein. Valentin hat seine Ausbildung zum Veranstaltungstechniker abgeschlossen und arbeitet im Musikzentrum. Beide sind unter der Woche viel unterwegs und kommen eher Abends zum kochen und entspannen nach Hause. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten finden dann eher unterwegs statt. Zum Wochenende hin lassen sich dann in der Nähe viele kulturelle Aktivitäten finden. Das Kulturzentrum Faust ist zum Beispiel genau gegenüber und bietet Konzerte und Flohmärkte, im Sommer kann man sonst einfach raus und in die Leine hüpfen. Die Limmerstraße ist fußläufig in 4 Minuten zu erreichen, dort befindet sich ein Edeka zum einkaufen und die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn 10 als ideale Anbindung.

Da ich für die kurze Zeit in Hamburg meine Sachen nicht mitnehmen will, wird das Zimmer möbliert angeboten. Da bin ich aber offen für Anregungen, falls etwas nicht passt. Ich schätze die meisten Infos lassen sich den Bilder entnehmen, ansonsten sind wir offen für Fragen und freuen uns dich bald live oder online kennenzulernen.

Hey,

I (Tobi) would like to sublet my room for 6 months for an internship in Hamburg, from the first march. I live together with René (30) and Valle (28) in a nice apartment directly at the river. René is currently doing his Ref. and teaches music and sports at a high school in Celle. He will probably be through with that in September. Valentin has finished his education as an event technician and works in the "Musikzentrum". Both are on the road a lot through the week and tend to come home in the evenings to cook and relax. Common activities take place then rather on the way. Towards the weekend, many cultural activities can be found nearby. The cultural center "Faust", for example, is right across the street and offers concerts and flea markets. In the summer you can otherwise just get out and hop in the Leine-river. The Limmerstraße is within 4 minutes walking distance, there is an Edeka for shopping and the stop of the tram Nr.10 as an ideal connection into the main city.

Since I do not want to take my things for the short time in Hamburg, the room is offered furnished. However, I am open to suggestions if something does not fit. I guess most of the info can be taken from the pictures, otherwise we are open for questions.
