Für unsere zentral in LINDEN-Mitte gelegene WG suchen wir einen netten Menschen.
Das Zimmer ist 32 qm groß, schräg geschnitten und hat 4 Fenster nach Westen und Nordwesten und einen Holzdielenfußboden.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, Wohnküche, großen Flur, Bad mit Badewanne, Gäste-WC und einen Balkon.
Die Gemeinschafstfläche (Flur, Küche, Bad, Wohn-/Gästezimmer)beträgt etwa 55 qm.
Dicht am Lindener Marktplatz, Straßenbahn und Bus vor der Tür. Fenster überwiegend Richtung Nordwesten in eine ruhige Seitenstraße. Hell und ruhig, dabei super zentral.
Wir suchen einen freundlichen, ruhigen und verlässlichen Menschen, der sich diese schöne Wohnung mit uns teilt. Interesse an Austausch und gelegentlichen Gemeinschaftsaktionen, aber auch an Privatsphäre und Ruhe sollte vorhanden sein.
Ich bin w, 51 Jahre alt, arbeite im pädagogischen Bereich, bin vielseitig interessiert und unternehmungslustig. Ich mag ein gepflegtes und ordentliches Wohnumfeld und eine positive und fröhliche Atmosphäre, lege gern auch selbst handwerklich Hand an. Außer mir wohnt noch Momo hier, 30j., m., kreativ, ruhig und freundlich. Wir freuen uns über Anfragen und antworten prompt :-)
